First off the original order took a month and a half to arrive. I emailed Kayla to pause reordering for 90 days. She said it was done. Of course they charged me $128 the week I received the first order. I've been battling them ever since and the main thing, THEY DON'T WORK!!!

I signed up for the promotional stater. This turned out to be a BIG mistake. Three payments of £45.78 has been taken from my account, After the first payment I sent an email requesting to cancel. They informed me it was too late to cancel the this next shipment. 2 more payments have been taken and no more products have been delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay away this is a scam they will sign you up for a subscription.they keep charging your cc after you request them to cancel the subscription. Wish they had 0 stars that is what I would give them.

These people scam scam scam,they charged my card repeatedly, got no results with contacting them,finally had to cancel my card

Avoid savanna skin

contacted my bank by phone so they could put a stop on future payments being taken from my account. I contacted savanna skin and they assured me no more payments would be taken. But they kept trying every 2 days.. I had to withdraw all my money from my account until my bank put a block on them trying. They also refunded all payments even though savanna skin said id recieved there product.. WHICH I NEVER DID... send emails to savanna skin asking them to cease any further payments and keep a screen shot of them agreeing just incase your bank asks when you report the transactions.. I did but just read the email out to the wonderful lady from my bank. But she advised to just keep a screen shot of all emails incase they require them.. hope this helps any of you in the same situation I was in.. can only imagine how much money they have scammed out us all... the more that report the quicker they will be taken down.. however they will jist start up again under another name..
Ive been told that sunbed shops are starting to stock these gummies to buy over the counter at least you know you getting what you pay for..

The product claims to give a “sun-kissed glow,” but in my experience, there’s been zero difference!!!
I was sent a second order without my approval and have not been able to get a refund. That’s extremely frustrating and feels misleading from a customer standpoint.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Scammers had to cancel my debit card because they charge me not once but twice for orders I never requested or authorized & chances are will never reveive & funny how their websites been taken down & contact phones are disconnected

I’ve cancelled my subscription months ago and still sending me the gummy’s and taking the money out . They haven’t worked with me haven’t tanned at all it’s been since end of last year

I made a one time purchase with Savanna Skin, my order took 4 weeks to arrive. The day after I received my order they attempted to charge my card $36.99x2 They have now tried to charge me 6 different times I attempted to contact them through the website but the contact link leads to nowhere. I sent an email requesting they cease all contact with me. I received an email back that said my account was closed and no further contact would be made. 8 hours after I received this email they attempted to charge my account again.reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am not playing with this company.

Absolute scammers took 2 extra payments out of my account after making it quite clear I did not want any more, I have emailed and tried unsuccessfully to log back in, (don't think you can once you are caught in their trap) and cancel payments it's not happening I have now got to go through my bank to have these payments stopped total scam. I am so angry with myself for getting caught please do not send for anything from these total frauds.

I ordered from them in March with a special offer they had. Then had an email to confirm another purchase which I did not do and when I checked my card transaction I noticed there were another 2 orders one on the 12th April the other 4 days later on the 16th. Both payments of £53.76 was taken out of my account. I have tried tirelessly emailing them with emails returned as failed….. That says it all as being a scam. I’ve now had to block my card on Apple Pay.. I do normally check sites I want to buy from but think I obviously 🙄 missed this one. Please be aware that they will sign you up on an auto subscription and then you’ll never get in touch with them. I’m still waiting on the 2 orders to arrive and plan to see what their returning policy is but probably wasting my time.

Placed an order. Shipping was extremely slow. After waiting 3 weeks i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They went a head and shipped the order against my wishes. Reoccurring order was shipped before i ever received my first order. I disputed the charges with my credit card. They promised to work with me and give me info to return second order if i dropped the dispute. I did now they wont return my emails. So they basically screwed me. The product is not that great. They send you a free gift then turn around and charge you in the second order. Bad business. Never again

I ordered one packet and didn't like never sighed up for repeat in the first week they took 5 payments out for £38.47 .its a scam you carent cancel it on line and I probably won't get it back .scam

Total scam & charged for subscription, thus taking out $177.00 three times. Were told to cancel after first order. I placed the original order on March 7th, not even a month later I was thanked for my order ( which I did not place), costing £91, taken on April 7th. A week later, I was charged another £91. I tried to email Savannaskin, wouldn't go through. I tried a different email address but that wouldn't go through either. I contacted my bank, they tried to help but couldn't so they cancelled my debit card and sent me another.

I placed one order and never suscribed to receive any other order. But, I noticed on my credit card that they charge me 86,38 $ on March,23 and again on April 15. I received an email from them to confirm my order, that I NEVER asked. I responded to that email but impossible to send it and I tried to get their phone number, but it’s impossible also. Please, do not buy anything from them if you don’t want to have the same problem 😞

Took too much from my account. Took out same amount twice. Plus two other withdrawals. Two on 3/16 and twice more on 4/11 and 4/16. When I complained, they gave me a refund of 11.94. Total taken out $493.74.

omg which id never waisted my time, this has got to be a scam company, gummys do not work, so then after one packet decided dobt want any more, and inforned them through email bur then they take further payments from my account £46.49 then £37.70 god knows what these amounts are complained and now i get message saying emails cant be delivered, im in uk there in USA so not even attemptibg to phone….. disgrace stay well clear!

I am sick of savanna skin i placed a one off order and now this week they have managed to take 3 more £38 out of my bank im fuming. I dont understand how they can do this. I have to ring the bank again in the morning and speak to the fraud team. My bank will have been emptied by them if something isnt done soon. Do not buy from this company.

Worst company I've ever encountered. Only went to try 1 time, then was charged $65 for a subscription I NEVER WAS INFORMED about. Even worse, after emailing over 20 times, they finally said it was canceled then continued to charge my card. I had to cancel my card & now somehow they're still attempting to pull money. Can't get ahold of anyone anymore & there's no way I'm ever going to get my money back. Please DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
