Update - My bank refunded me

Savanna Skin didn't reply to any of my emails but I was able to get my money card via my bank and they also cancelled my credit card. I then sent Savanna this email. I advise anyone in the UK to do the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding goods that were recently delivered to my address which I did not order or request.
Order numbers: #****** (still in transit) & #****** (delivered today)

Under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unsolicited goods are considered an unconditional gift. I am under no obligation to pay for, return, or otherwise take any action regarding these items.

Please take this email as formal notice that:

• I did not place any order with your company.
• I do not acknowledge any debt or obligation to you.
• I will not make any payment for these goods.

If you wish to arrange collection, this must be done at your own expense and at a mutually convenient time. Otherwise, I will treat the goods as unsolicited and dispose of them as I see fit after a reasonable period.

Furthermore, I request that you:

• Cease all contact demanding payment.
• Remove my personal details from your records in accordance with data protection laws.

Any continued demands for payment or misleading claims may be reported to Trading Standards and other relevant authorities.

I expect written confirmation that this matter is now closed.

Yours faithfully,

If I could leave zero stars SCAM COMPANY

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolute scamming company. After 3 unauthorised charges to my card, I had to cancel the card to stop any other fraudulent charges. I never signed up for a subscription. Initially after contacting the company to stop any further transactions which I was assured had been cancelled, I had another $170+ charge to my card. I’m now getting legal advise, I which I had read all the other negative reviews instead of the 2 glowing ones on their website. Absolute joke. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! Appalling

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company! Those of you who have been scammed need to file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit. The more complaints they get, the deeper the investigation. I just got off of the phone with the AGs office. Please file complaints! This company/Kayla needs to be held accountable!

Scam

This company signed me up to a subscription without me knowing , £34 for what I ordered , charged me £90 for the second delivery , this is when I realised something was wrong , tried all different ways to cancel , which is impossible, I then contacted customer services on the 14-04-26 and that same day they took another £90 then another £90 and a third £90 on the 15-04-26 , I had contacted my credit card on the 14-04-26 to cancel the payment which takes 2 days to set up , and in those 2 days they managed to scam £270 , I’ve not had to have my card replaced , hope this helps others to AVOID at all costs , plus the product is rubbish …

Fraudulent practice.

Placed single order, got charged following month. Complained. Received email admitting a technical error made a subscription. Asked for money back as I did not order and did not want product. Got offered 30% refund. Refused pointing out that I did not order and they had fraudulently taken my money.
No refund received.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! They just automatically send you products without consent and my “free gift” was later charged to my account for $14.95. It’s companies like this that make people so hesitant on buying anything like this. And their products don’t even work! When I went to try to return it keeps saying website is invalid.

***DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ***

Buyer Beware!

Just wow. Buyer beware. I placed a one-time order and was unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription. I only realized when another charge of $75 was taken from my account without clear consent.
When I reached out to dispute it, I received an inadequate response that didn’t resolve the issue, and communication stopped altogether. I still haven’t received the shipment I was told was already in transit, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. At minimum, I expected transparent billing practices, timely delivery, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met. I strongly urge others to review the terms very carefully before purchasing.

They set up a subscription without my authority and I was not able to unsubscribe and they took £100 out of my account. After numerous emails and a promise that no further monies would be taken and a 10% rebate would be given, this was not received and they are no longer replying to emails. Took the matter into my own hands and blocked them taking any more money and raise a dispute via my bank to get the £100 back. Absolute crooks

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I placed a 1 time order with a free gift just to try out & I received nothing, over a few months I sent numerous emails and got all sorts of excuse’s & then I seen there was an up coming payment due from the company which I had no idea about. I was told it was a monthly subscription that was set up when I placed the order, for what I asked I never received any orders, plus the subscription included a free gift which under no circumstances would I have placed an order for never mind set up any subscription. Could not get the Order canceled on their website, Finally after several emails I was told it was completely canceled , I received no product No refund plus a few days after I was told it was canceled This company tried to take £80 from my account. I’m sure this is some sort of a scam or is surely Fraudulent or misleading information. It’s a pity as the product looked good
