My Error, Their Service
I made an error in my order which meant my package was going to be delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately it was too late for Sava to direct it to the correct address but maybe the courier could assist, but to let them know if they couldn't. After awful experience with the courier in which they couldn't locate the original package, Sava agreed to send the a replacement order free of charge.
Khreen and the wider Sava team were wonderful. I Iove my bracelets and already getting compliments.

Customer service is genuinely out of this world! I can't recommend them enough. The quality of the piece as well is top tier and my boyfriend loves it, he wears it everyday and it looks as good as new.

Responsive and Accommodating Customer Service
Items were of good quality and as shown on website. Good value for money. Decided items were not quite what I was looking for but received a refund. Khreen from customer service was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. Would consider buying from SAVA Amsterdam again.
