Very good product, perfect customer service, mediocre delivery, possibility of dropshipping business
Hi there guys, I would like to provide an honest, objective review from a student in Porto.
So I ordered from sava on 5th march, and today, on 28th march the package has arrived. I was in contact with their customer service operator, Khreen (very kind and nice, thumbs up for him), throughout the whole process of delivery, since it took relatively long to deliver.
The packaging felt smooth, the box had some minor damage, but it was protected quite good. The branding was all sava, it has sava box, inside there was a small sava letter and also the jevelry had sava engraving and was in sava bag. I am not a jevelry expert, but it feels durable and good when in hand, overall satisfaction.
Also, there are some questions whether sava is droppshiping business or not. I would like to not believe so, there are some factors though. However, the packaging looks really solid and personal and with all those branding and stuff, i don't know. Maybe there are some people who could tell if you are able to achieve that with dropshipping or not? I would also like to get some statement from sava regarding dropshipping suspicion.
Anyway, apart from the delivery issues, I am satisfied. I liked the packaging, the communication with customer support (answers almost the same day) and jevelry feels really good to me.

Update: after an unfortunate incident where my package was supposedly delivered, where it wasn’t and it was nowhere to be found, I contacted SAVA and got a email back from Khreen. Khreen helped me promptly and sufficiently and just now I finally received the bracelets! They good look very good and I can’t wait to put them on.
