Amazing service throughout, honestly can’t recommend and thank Charlene enough!!

Started with virtual advice based on little ones age and weight. We needed a 2nd car seat that was more compact as it needed to fit in a Nissan Juke. Unfortunately, the original seat I chose didn’t quite suit my daughter. Charlene provided constant Facebook support and also calls to work through some options. We then decided an in person appointment would be better and the service was 10/10. We tried out 3 or so seats in my car, and turns out the seat I was going to get wasn’t quite compatible with my car! We ended up leaving the appointment with a safe car seat that Charlene fitted. She also very kindly ran through some fitting options on our Joie seat as well.

It just shows the importance of picking a company who will provide one to one support and is truly knowledgable about car seats!

Charlene was amazing! Came out to us the same day with a great selection of car seats to try. Nothing was too much trouble and we found the perfect seat! She even had it there in the van for us to have straight away and she installed it for us. We were shown how to get it in and out safely and how to make sure everything is properly fitted. Really can’t recommend Saunders & Smalls enough xxx

Amazing service right from before baby was born, helping choose the right car seat for our car, fitting it for me ready for her arrival and making sure I felt confident to do the same, to kindly reassuring me about the fit in the seat as she grew, to organising super swift delivery for its replacement when it was outgrown. I don't think we'll need to go anywhere else for car seats, and having someone trusted to advise on how to keep our children rear facing and as safe as possible for as long as possible is invaluable. Me and my partner both purchased a new seat for our toddler from Charlene. They were sent out very quickly and her communication was great. After I installed them I sent pictures over and Charlene checked that I'd installed them correctly. The whole experience with Saunders and Smalls has been extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone. The sale and after care are next level! Thank you and we'll be back soon to purchase a new seat when our baby outgrows her infant carrier.

Wow, just wow. I won’t ever go anywhere else. I am simply amazed at Charlene’s care, kindness and helpfulness!! She is currently recovering from surgery and still went above and beyond continuously for me and gave superb recommendation, customer service and aftercare. I’m local so I was able to collect my car seat a mere few hours after purchasing, she helped with installation and a fit check too!! Overall, recommended a beautiful, extremely safe and easy to fit car seat with amazing after care. Faultless, easy and professional transaction. 10/10!!

100% recommend Saunders and Smalls car seats. The knowledge Charlene has is amazing and she was not pushy at all. I knew exactly what car seat I wanted and she provided me with all the relevant information for this car seat rather than persuading me to purchase another one. The aftercare has also been incredible with fit checks and ensuring we are completely happy with our purchase! The price was also very competitive! Overall, fantastic service and will definitely be coming back for car seat in the future!

After a (thankfully minor) bump from behind on the motorway, all our car seats needed replacing! Charlene once again was absolutely fabulous in her support and advice, and installing all the seats once again securely into my car. The children are all very happy and comfortable with their new seats! I cannot recommend Charlene enough as our local car seat safety expert. ERF for the win! Thank you again Charlene!

I genuinely can't recommend her enough - and I got one of my friends to purchase a seat from her too, and of course she was so happy with the aftercare she received too.For sure will only purchase car seats from her in the future and recommend her to anyone that asks!

I ordered a Kneeguardkids footrest for my son from Charlene ahead of an upcoming family holiday (my son's first time forward-facing, and a long drive across the country!). When Charlene realised her upcoming order from the supplier wouldn't arrive in time for our holiday, she arranged to have the item sent from another retailer so that we wouldn't have to go without. This was hugely helpful and I am really grateful to her for the effort she went to with this. Thank you, Charlene!

messaged charlene asking for help for a car seat for my Nissan qashqai and kia sorento for my 14 month old.
Charlene sent me the options thay would be most suitable (ERF as requested) so I could research them prior to my visit. I booked an appointment online and visited today. Charlene was so accommodating when my daughter was being a little.. uncooperative 🤣 we trialled the besafe stretch which we were 99% sure we were going to choose, the fit was perfect. Charlene not only made sure my baby was safe but we also had enough clearance in the passenger seat to sit safely also!

I would highly recommend Charlene for anyone looking for a car seat for their child. Very knowledgeable and patient and happy to go above and beyond to help you out.

Fantastic service 5 stars! Charlene is so so knowledgable and gave quality advice tailored to my girls. Charlene responded to all my queries super fast and with sound advice and information. She met us at a half way point to test out the car seats which we were struggling to choose between and spent time showing how to fit and use each seat correctly. An absolutely pleasure to have bought from her and fully recommend everyone to do the same

Charlene helped us pic out and fit our new seat for our eldest boy. As someone who was completely clueless and found it difficult to decide after reading hundreds of reviews and details on seats and still not knowing what to for the best, she really made things easy for us. I told her what we wanted from a seat and she picked out some for us to test. She came to our home and tested them with our boy in the seat to make sure it was right for us. My boy was not overly happy with sitting still for that and Charlene was great with getting him to do what he needed to, something I am yet to master! She made sure we understood how to safely install the seats, get our son in safely and that we were completely happy with everything. I can not recommend her enough, we are definitely happy that our son is going to be as safe as possible now thanks to her wonderful service. We look forward to using her service again when my youngest reaches an age to need a new extended rear facing seat. Thank you so much Charlene for your excellent service, your knowledge on car seat safety is amazing.

Charlene was very helpful and informative when giving advice as to which seats would be best suited and last the longest for my high centile 6 month old. She went through every step and offered to meet half way to fit the seat. Unfortunately, we had to cancel this due to unforseen circumstances. Charlene made sure that the seat was then delivered on my preferred day, and offered to help with fitting virtually. I fitted the seat myself, very easy to install and sent Charlene some messages and pictures to ensure the fit was correct. Fast replies and was happy to answer any of my questions. Will be using again for any future car seats and cannot recommend Charlene and her business enough. The product that I received was perfect quality and condition. I ordered a BeSafe Stretch.
