Ich hatte die Sauna 2014 gekauft. Ich benutze sie sehr oft. Dieses Jahr (2024) hatte ich den ersten Defekt. Saunaconnect leitete mich zur Fehlersuche an. Das vermutet kaputte Teil wurde mir zugesendet, mit der Option des Zurücksendens, falls es den Fehler nicht behebt. Desweiteren benötigte ich noch Kleinteile, welche mir kostenfrei zugesendet wurden.
Vielen Dank für den Service...auch wenn die Sauna 10 Jahre alt ist....denn so spezielle Teile zu finden, ist schwierig.
