Deceivers!

The situation is this:
On February 21, I bought 2 tickets from Istanbul to Manila, with a change in Jeddah. My plans changed and I applied for a ticket refund. With the employee, we filled out all the necessary data and on March 27 I confirmed the return of the tickets. I also specified the cost that should be returned for the ticket and your employee indicated: 12022.12 lira per ticket. In fact, she did not issue a refund by mistake, and on the day of the intended departure, I received a letter so that I could go to the landing. I called the call center, where they told me that the tickets were active. And again I had to write to support and find out the situation. In the end, I was told to issue a refund. At the moment, they returned: 9221, 12 lira for 1 ticket and 10020.12 for the second ticket. I just lost time and money.
