Extremely Frustrating Experience – Terrible Customer Service!

I am absolutely livid! I’ve repeatedly reached out through emails, chats, and in-person visits to address ongoing issues that have NEVER been resolved. After all my attempts, I’m now being told that nothing can be done. It’s outrageous! The lack of customer service and the utter disregard for goodwill is beyond disappointing.

For years, I’ve been promised benefits that I never received, even after asking for them multiple times—long before 2025. And now, when I ask again, I’m told it’s too late? You’re blaming me for not using benefits that were NEVER provided in the first place. How is that even remotely reasonable?!

It’s beyond frustrating to be treated like this. The complete lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling. It’s clear that this company doesn’t care about its customers—just about making money. I’m disgusted by how poorly they handle customer issues, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

This is a prime example of a company that doesn’t value its customers. Shame on you for your disgusting customer service!

SATS Fields’ sauna policy is a joke

SATS Fields’ sauna policy is a joke. They claim it closes 15 minutes before the facility’s closing time, but in reality, it’s often shut down 30–40 minutes early. This frustrates many customers, yet staff continue to ignore requests to follow the stated closing time.

Of course, we want our members to have access to all the facilities they pay for, and I will ensure that the internal processes regarding closing routines are followed up on.

However, we always recommend following the staff's instructions, as there may sometimes be various factors that require the sauna to close earlier than scheduled

My inquiry handler

My inquiry handler, Per, showed an exceptional level of professionalism and problem handling with the issues I was facing, he responded to my inquiry via email and on call and made sure he resolved the matter In a timely manner.

Per was very understanding of the issue and this is what should be expected from customer service but unfortunately not everyone does this, which is why I was really lucky to have Per as a problem solver, thank you for your efforts Per, I hope you are well appreciated by your employers and I hope they can find more people like you.

Don’t waste your money on this place

Don’t waste your money on this place. Go to other gyms. They are overbooked, overpriced and borderline rude.

The sauna almost never works and the utilities are super dirty.

Generally the facilities are okay

Generally the facilities are okay. However, they could do a better job about maintaining equipment. Also, the ventilation in the bathrooms isn't working and so they often smell a bit. I do like the fact that this location actually has a sink that isn't next to a toilet. I feel better about filling up my water bottle there.

My pt does a great job, 5 stars!

My personal trainer is doing a very competent job, including ongoing developing the physical exercises, and support on my performance of the exercises. 5 stars!
However, Sats could be much more active and specific in encouraging to avoid obviously unnecessary noise when performing and not least "finalise" the "heavy" exercises !!

The gym is always crowded and the steam room has been out of order for over a year now, causing many people to flock to the sauna and overwatering it.
