After 7 years, the order it's still unfulfilled. They don't even answer to emails. It's just a scam
The order went fine, I got a bunch of automated emails, even a link to a tracking site. Unfortunately, the status there has not changed the whole time. I contacted them, and got no response until I mentioned charge back. At that point, I got a very dry apology without an explanation and a promise of refund. With the best assumptions, I'll get my money back, but this is still a very bad customer care.
