My first order was Ok. Everything was fine. The update and delivery/ download link was Ok, no problems. Everything is as described. Can’t wait for second time.

SatNav update was advertised on their website as "Mercedes Becker Map Pilot Navigation Update 2024 - 2025 with speed cameras". After updating the Nav device reports: "Map Data Version 2022 Q2" (for all countries). Have attempted to contact the supplier at two e-mail addresses with no response, and (mysteriously) the contact phone number no longer appears on the website. Will return product for refund.
UPDATE: Located phone contact on a similar URL (but without the leading WWW). Phone does not ring when called. Raised a claim at PayPal Resolution Centre.
FOLLOW UP: Refunded by PayPal directly and NOT by supplier. Supplier did not respond to several messages, clearly a garbage operation that does not deserve to exist.

First SD card that was sent out to me didn't work, but after communicating this with the company they sent a replacement which seems to be ok. Fast communication and they seemed helpful. Could have done with the correct SD card the first time around but thanks anyway.

The company sent me out a SD card for my Smart 453 and the Smart said it was invalid for this device. I contacted the company and they sent me out another, only for the same issue.

I have now tried contacting them again to get my money back, as my consumer rights allow, but they are ignoring me and refusing to answer any of my emails regarding the matter.

Very help full with my audi a3 map and software update given step by step instructions and had great communication back and to via emall would recommend to anyone wanting to update there sat nav

Must say that they have gone overboard to help me out and to make sure I get the correct card.

Up to now I ordered 4 updates within 8 years. All updates worked very fine. The international delivery was fast and no cost are calculated for shipping. The price for every update is perfect.
Please be adviced the you have to know the the exact car type with known production date. Otherwise you can ask Satnavdisc for help. Ask before your order an update. Satnavdisc will give you a helpful answer in short time.

Having purchased an update disc I still have not received it and I am now getting a series of emails with excuses or irrelevant questions. They clearly have no intention of fulfilling the order. All company info links on the site do not work! That in itself is a big red flag.

i gave them 1 star and complained about no code. i also got my money back from paypal. they have now sent me a code that is working so i will repay them lol... not the best regarding comms and timescales hence my angst. but job done, thankyou...

I got an email to say that my SD card had been shipped but it never arrived. On reading all the other negative reviews on Trustpilot I emailed the company, waited a couple of days and raised the matter with PayPal who gave an immediate refund. Satnavdisc then emailed to say the SD may have been lost in the post and that they would send another one. The second disc never arrived either.

The sd card supplied works but won't update to latest map version

No number on website to call to discuss

Ordered a disc over a month ago and nothing has arrived. The website claims to have them with you in 3 to 5 days. No response on the email, do not trust this company it's very dodgy

Bought a CD/DVD disc to update the Columbus system in my Skoda Superb. It arrived very quickly but when I inserted the disc it showed "CD/DVD Error, Ejecting disc" on the screen and spat the disc straight out. It might be a minor fault on the disc but i've checked the DVD reader and it works fine. No return address, do not respond to emails do not publish telephone details. Frankly companies who operate like this should be booted off the internet and not allowed to trade. Just a bunch of scammers

Well the Map Disc arrived OK over the weekend, seems to work.

I have spent 8 years unable to put a full UK postcode into by Peugeot 308 and had got used to try to use POI to find NT properties etc!! SatNavDisc used by VIN to check which version to order. Which was a good job as I had selected the wrong one! They sent be a disc to update software together with the USB to update the maps. Superb! I can now use the SatNav fully for first time. Very quick service and postage. Would recommend.

Updated my Peugeot 3008 SatNav today with no fuss.
Software received quickly on top quality USB stick.
Fast response to email for activation code.
1st rate service.

Excellent service. I wasn’t sure which SD card was required for my VW Tiguan. Answered my query promptly and asked for photo. Once that was sent I got an email of SD required and link. Arrived next day. Great service and communication. Will use again
