Good - and fast - customer service !

Easy way to pay, every single store and online shop should accept it as a payment method. Once I tested different options to find the one that best fits to me, I now use this app every time I can because it's easy and also offers a good way to manage money and savings. I contacted Satispay support to find out how to resolve the bank charges for charging Satispay fees to my credit card. Satispay's response was prompt and clearly explained how to switch to monthly charges, reducing the bank charge to just once a month instead of weekly.
