I’m a cannabis consumer for 22 years I own 2 cannabis companies this medication is anything but natural. The format it comes in and the added E141 in it made me very sick. Sick In stomach with low blood pressure couldn’t sleep all night and very strange thoughts.

When you choose cannabis products you most likely aiming for natural medicine that’s not the case with this product.

I placed a large order five weeks ago and paid a lot of money. So far, the goods have not yet arrived. Sad, because the products are unique in the effect against migraine.

Very annoying is the poor customer service, I don't get any information on my questions, which I can only send by e-mail.

So be careful!

Goods never arrived and customer service offered no help! Satipharm failed to complete the proper VAT and customs declaration so my products were returned. I asked Satipharm multiple times for a refund but never got so much as an acknowledgement.

Update: On February 26th I finally received a response indicating that I would get a refund. Over three weeks have now passed and I have not yet received my money back. Customer service have once again gone quiet.

I have ordered the CBD capsules for sleep a number of times and they are helpful, although the effect diminishes quickly if you are taking them regularly. However, my most recent order has been a disaster. Despite saying that they ship to EU counties from within the EU, my order to Ireland was shipped from the UK and I have been hit with about 40% of the order value in customs charges and fees. Customer service were not helpful and sent a 'discount' link that didn't work. Irish buyers are better off buying similar products from elsewhere.

In a previous review I gave the company 5 stars, but since they moved their base of operations from Ireland to another EU country (I suspect it to be Bulgaria) the delivery is extremely slow and there is no response from customer service when I write them.
Going forward I will order my CBD from another company.

The worst customer service - I placed an order a few months ago (a large order), paid for everything and received a third of the order and nothing else. Have repeatedly contacted customer service and no one has ever gotten back to me. They took the money and never delivered the product. Really upsetting, basically feel like I’ve been robbed! Do not order!

For as long as I can remember I have always struggled to sleep, and strong tranquilisers from the GP were a route a tried, but decided to discontinue as I was concerned about addiction/ dependency.
I discovered Satipharm Advance Sleep 10mg CBD gelcaps at the same time as the CBD oil pipette dropper, and not only has my sleep improved, but also my overall mood as my anxiety has been reduced considerably using the drops in the day. The one drawback to the drops, is they make my mouth feel extremely dry, but thats nothing compared to the benefits I have gained from the CBD oil itself.

Ive just recently discovered 10mg Gelpell capsules. I have serious pain in both knees and shoulder. These are like a miracle, will be buying again. Lady from Paisley High Street store called Lynn was so helpful and was very happy to take time and talk to me. Lovely shop and staff, especially Lynn.

Like most people who have trouble sleeping, I've tried everything i can, from evening routins to circadian pills, and nothing really worked.
Picked up a packet of the sleep CBD for half price at a chemist that was closing down, and my quality and quantity of sleep has majorly improved. Expensive for continuos use but the results are really worth it. Hopefully i can continue to use them and reap the benefits.

Brilliant product and service, works well for my son with Crohn’s disease and company so helpful to deal with.
