Great service, turned up and sorted my Starlink installation in a few hours. He knew what he was talking about, and it's well worth the few extra quid for a specialist.

Fantastic installation from start to finish.

I’m very pleased with the guy who installed my 4G Ariel and set up my box and chip . He advised me it wasn’t a great signal and went through everything . I expected as I had paid and had the equipment delivered by national broadband that I would be stuck and be forced to have it regardless. He was very honest and said it’s not going to be great so if I didn’t want to carry on he would cancel the order . I was very desperate to get internet I said to install it anyway as at the moment i hsve nothing . Glad I did because it’s fantastic for my needs . He was very patient and spent 2 hours at my property . I really appreciated his honestly . Definitely recommend . Five stars from me

Really helpful engineer and got us up and running with minimum disruption.

Really good installation by James. He had to come back three times to make sure everything worked as the SIM was faulty the first two times but was very tenacious and got everything working the third time! He got really good speeds too. Very happy.

Howard is fab! He arrived even before our scheduled appointment so that he could test out the best spot for signal! Then he explained what options there were and then did exactly what was wanted! He was polite, friendly and professional at the same time. 'Thank you, Howard!' if you are reading it now!

The technician Paul, worked diligently and with great technical competence to instal Starlink in our very old house. He overcame torrential rain, very thick walls, and the vagaries of Starlink to achieve a successful outcome. At all times he was good humoured despite unexpected setbacks. I cannot praise him and the company too highly. Good stuff

Howard did a really great job for us. On both occasions for survey (Jan) & installation (March), the weather was throwing everything at us. Howard explained the process and the benefits of the two most suitable internet providers. Helpful and friendly, Howard carried out the installation, tidily and quickly, taking care that everything was all set up ready for the arrival of the SIM card. This arrived via courier - as the first one had not arrived via Royal Mail. Once SIM inserted, router came on line quickly after. Signal is now 10 x faster than our old provider. We are very pleased. I am in the process of purchasing a Spacelink internet system as I live in a rural location with slow BT copper wired speeds and wanted to check out its effectiveness (its expensive).
Having spoken to several potential installers I was fortunate to contact Lewis Jones, Sat-Works Delivery Manager.
Lewis happily spent time giving a detailed explanation of Starlink and the positioning of the dish on my house (I had sent a number of photos of the property).
I have decided to proceed with a Starlink system and am more than happy to entrust its installation to Sat-Works having spoken to Lewis

Howard installed our National Broadband 5g antenna and new router. He was polite, efficient and made the whole experience so easy.

Highly recommend both!

Whilst the staff we spoke to on phone and email were helpful, the initial installer didn’t show up to the first appointment and we had to wait over a week for someone to come out, first installation was unsuccessful due to obstructions, we had to wait another week for them to come back.

Long story short all the waiting meant that we were unable to return our Starlink equipment and paid £400 installation to be no better off.

Howard did my 4G installation on 31st October. (He also did my site visit.) Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Howard did my site visit so I was delighted to see him arrive to do the installation of my 4G set up today. Friendly, professional, on time, courteous and he left me confident about everything I needed to know.
