Cute designs but quality isn’t great. My ones from Amazon lasted longer. Also BEWARE of their sneaky subscription model when purchasing. The tiniest text that commits you to a subscription. Can’t support a company that tricks customers like that.

So so many issues with the company. I never wanted to sign up to subscriptions with them and after emailing to request the subscriptions are cancelled they have sent the products anyway - they have done this twice and now are refusing to accept products back for a refund despite them never being opened or used.
The customer service is patronising and false, this company works to purely trap your money and make refund or issues impossible to solve, just so they can keep your money.

I’m so glad to use sassy saints nails wrap. They are strong and very helpful give chance to grow healthier.

I ordered a few sets to try them out. Did not notice the subscription every 6 weeks. When contacted their support they mentioned the subscription which I cancelled and started the return process. Cause I did not want the second set. The return process was terrible and after a long process I returned and sent a photo Royal Mail receipt . But no refund after 10 days I reached out again and they say the return form was not filled , which I definitely did and the photo of the receipt wasn’t clear hence they didn’t process the refund. This only after I had emails to ask them about the refund. Still waiting for the refund

This is a scam for sure to get people to pay for subscription on the sly and not refund the money after the product is returned.

I originally ordered a few sets to try them out. I do not recall signing up for a subsription - especially every 6 weeks - for exactly the same sets of nails - given I have never even used them. I initially thought Id been scammed, so I contacted ther customer service team who advised me I had signed up for a subscription. I'm very careful about subscriptions and any I do have contact me prior to my order to reconfirm. Nothing at all from Sassy Saints. Just an email from them telling me I was made aware at multiple touchpoints on how I should have been aware. Well I wasn't, and I'm not stupid, thank you. It's not straight forward to cancel either. I have learnt my lesson. Here's what they kindly sent me:
This order is part of the subscription you signed up with when you placed your order with us,
I want to be fully transparent: the subscription is noted in your order confirmation email, on the product page on the website, at multiple points during checkout and a reminder email about this was sent 3 days before the renewal.

3 stars due to the sneaky subscription - i only realised I'd fallen for it as read reviews on here. Delivery took longer than most companies. Instructions to use were v good, but I didn't enjoy putting them on and my right hand was really hard. End result looked OK and id give it 7/10. They looked really good the next day and didn't peel until after a week. They lasted 2 weeks and came off easily. I've just applied my second set and not v impressed with end result. Found them just as fiddly to cut on my right hand abs they look a bit rubbish as they're yellow tips that i couldn't trim v well. Hopefully I'll grow to like them but at now they're getting a 5/10. I got a bargain deal of £30 for 4 packs which was OK for the price, but I won't be buying them again. I'll stick to varnish.

These gel wraps are so easy to apply, they look good, stay put for at least a week, sometimes 2 and appear to leave my nails in good condition.

first set was very easy to apply and i am on week 2 with no peeling or lifting! Very pleased so far.

I've had the oil for my nails about 3wks now and I have noticed a difference. I had a bad experience with a girl in the salon that took my gel polish off my nails and left them.very bad and damaged. I will never get my nails done again, which is a shame because they are pretty when they're done. But thanks to Sassy Nails they are getting back to normal again.

Easy to put on

To no fault of Sassy Saints, I had an allergic reaction to their product. I did not read the ingredient list correctly. When I contacted customer service just to see if I could return the wraps I could not use, they were so wonderful. Kristel made sure I was ok first and foremost. She was very kind and efficient. You could tell she cared which says a lot about not just her character but also about the company that hired her. She also got me a full refund for the whole order which I did not even ask for. Very refreshing interaction - especially in customer service. As soon as they have a product I can use, I will be ordering!

When covers arrived I followed directions about prepping nails plus heating covers before applying. The nail covers would NOT adhere fully to my nails So I contacted company via email. They did reply promptly. Here is where the trouble began. Their claim of money back guarantee is not accurate. They were only willing to to credit my credit card for one unused package of covers stating if I wanted to receive credit for the other 2 package I would have to mail products back to them in the United Kingdom. Two days later after all this fuss I received notice on my credit card they were sending me another shipment of covers I absolutely don’t remember a statement on my first order that I was going to receive monthly shipment. After conversation with one of rep who informed me they couldn’t cancel my order I would have to ship it back to them following the complicated protocol. I had to pay the postage on these two returns. DI NOT TRUST THIS COMPAMY AND THEIR FALSE PROMISES. USA CUSTOMER JACQUELYN COMBS.

I’ve tried a lot of nail stuff and this is by far the simplest. No tools no mess. I usually do them while watching something at night. They last way longer than regular polish for me

I was frustrated when I tried to stretch the nail stickers to cover my nails but they shrunk back. I just like my nails covered like they’d be if I was using regular polish. I do like the colors and it’s been 5 days with no peeling.

Package arrived on time and well packed. The product is very easy to use and applied in less than 30 mins. They stayed on through everything - showers, washing up, and a full spa day in several pools. I only took them off because they grew out. They looked exactly like a gel manicure.

Important to me was how easy there were to remove, and thankfully they were. Very easy with no damage to my nail.

All in all a fantastic product for someone like me who likes the idea of pretty nails but doesn’t have the time/patience for liquid nail polish.
