I ordered 5 pieces for my upcoming birthday back in December my birthday was in January the items delivered but 4 piece were too small not sure how or why when i ordered each piece 1 or 2 sizes too big so that i wouldn't have any issues..so when i reached out via email on the return policy i was told to give the material to a friend or family member and i would be given $30.00 for my refund :-( and because i paid $140.00 i was NOT ok with being given ONLY $30.00 a complete disrespect for someone's time or money, so i was completely bummed for not having the selected items for my birthday and had to look elsewhere for an birthday outfit,i then asked where to send my returned its an was told to sent USPS,i went to USPS and was told it will cost me $44.00 i sent the items back and been checking my tracking # that was given and the packing was sitting in china for months to call just yesterday 7/24/23 to find out the material is now being sent back to me but not sure why it was sitting in china to be sent back to me.....ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY !!!!!

I ordered 3 items. None of them looked as advertised. The fringe camouflage jeans were very cheap material and had very sparse fringe. They looked nothing like the photo. The dress and jumper also were pictured in a nicer material and came in very cheap polyester material. The return process is super complex! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP!

I ordered the cute silky Kimono and when I received it, it was not as advertised. It was suppose to be long, with one size fits all. This Kimono was short and came right above my knees. Who does this? I was also told to send back to China when it came from New Jersey. Sending to China is a lot more expensive than the item itself. I was also offered to give my unworn outfit to a friend and get $10 off on my next purchase. I will never order anything again from them or any other boutique on social media. You would think that with everyone being in the loop, allowing people to return with an address label; they would be on board. It appears like they are into taking people's money without providing the right product/ material.

The items were too small, based on the model’s recommendation and her picture size, I was supposed to be able to wear the items being that she was larger/heavier than I am. I’ve reached out to the service team 3 to 4 times via email and have not received a response in order to get a return label. The items were not quality (based on the price) and they came to me very wrinkle. I will not continue to patronize this company, if in fact, it’s a legitimate place of business. 😡

I ordered from this "IG Boutique" before reading these reviews. The pictures and videos were very convincing. I wonder if the models that look like me realize that consumers are being scammed? When I received my order, all of the dresses wreaked of a chemical odor. They also were not as pictured or described. Literally nothing like it other than pattern. The material was so cheap and the sizing was off. I initiated the return and of course this Chinese company did NOT want me to return my items. It took four emails before they gave me a return address which is their Chinese warehouse. This within itself is suspect. Most companies have a US warehouse. I am calling my credit card company today to see what my options are as I have a feeling they will say they never received the return, not to mention the shipping cost is astronomical.

I placed an order on 6/1/23. I have still not received the order.
I emailed them and they asked me to check with my local post office which I did.
These people are fraud. Please don't order from them.

I ordered 5 items at least. Three kimonos which look nothing like pictures. Two pair of pants the material was horrible. I would give them zero stars. I don’t understand what took the kimonos so long to be delivered. The trickled in over weeks. Just awful and of course no cash refund just store credit.

This place is fraudulent. I have not received my order, and cannot contact them to dispute. The email address on the website does not work. The email that confirmed the order no longer exists. I notice a different email below. That is also an invalid email address.

I ordered a size 2xl romper received a medium with a 2xl tag! Do not waste your money!

The item I purchased is really nice but did not fit well. I will never wear this. I sent an email requesting a refund and, like in the other reviews, I was told I would have to send it to their Chinese factory. The alternative is to give it to a friend and they will refund me $10. I can't even be sure this address is legit. If I send it and Sassy2 does not receive it, I will be out the item and my money. I did that before. I'm keeping the item. I thought I was making a purchase from a black-owned business. Silly me.

If I could give this company a negative score I would. I ordered, sent the items back in April, it's almost July and I still haven't received my refund. This place is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!

Horribly made clothing, awful sizing
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered over $300.00 worth of clothing and they were the wrong size and the said to give them away and offered me 90.00

Before you buy... check AMAZON and SHEIN. A lot of the outfits are EXACTLY THE SAME at a fraction of the cost and headache. I thought I was ordering from a black owned company, but it is based in China. Buyer Beware! Scam Alert!

I saw Sassy2 in my advertising on IG. I went over there and really wanted to purchase this bright colorful romper from website. More women were in the comments asking about it and customers who already purchased were replying with good feedback about how vibrant and comfy it was. Now I am believing that this is a (small business) Instagram boutique with quality clothing….. it turns out this is a foreign seller with cheaply made pieces. My set looks nothing like the model. Her outfit was vibrant and looked tailored to her. When I asked for a refund they told me to just gift the item to someone else because shipping is too high to send back to them. Then they offered to let me exchange item for an additional $18.99. I declined to do that. I went to check for them recently and they have since deleted or deactivated their social pages!! And the good reviews might’ve not been real!

This is a scam website! I am not certain how the company is using the videos of others to promote cheap products. The delivery is 20 days. I purchased a dress and it arrived without the company label or size stitched on it. Once I requested a return, customer service asked me to pay $18.99 so they can ship another size to me. I refused and notified them I am not requesting an exchange but a full refund. Customer service provided an address (China) and informed me it will be more expensive to return it to Sassy2.
Note- I have email documentation of the communication with the company.
A SCAM.
I thought I was supporting an African American business.
Hopefully the people on the Sassy2 videos is legit.
At this point I do not know and will NOT purchase from the scam again.
I gave the dress away to a clothing donation center.

Clothes do not look the same. Returns to China are at your expense. Its a full loss. Cheap, small, different material.

I placed a order with this company and was not satisfied with my purchase the items were not as they appeared in the photos. After I requested a refund this is the message I received. I was told I need to send the items back to China and pay for the shipping. I guess this was to discourage me from making the return.

You need to return the products to our Chinese factory please

When we get your parcel back, we will issue the full refund for you.
Very sorry again.
Or could you please keep the products and give them to your friends?
Then we can offer you 18USD refund for them.
Which one do you accept please?

I’m disgusted!!!!!!

I was sent the wrong size shirt and have been trying to exchange or return. Ordered a small and received and XXL or XL. No tag with size on it. I have been sending customer service emails and no response at all.

If I could give a zero I would. I placed a large order early May. Two items weren't what was advertised online, cheap fabric and stitching and I still haven't received a response to many emails or an update on two missing items. I cannot locate a phone number and again, no one is responding to my emails. No customer service and poor quality clothing.

I got very good information from theses customers I will not be ordering from them Thank you the reviews was very helpful
