Duo wheel clamp

This is a review of the Duo wheel clamp, which locates into a recess for a wheel bolt.

I bought one of these last year. It has been appalling, so bad that I have given up fitting it. I tried again today and gave up trying to fit it after 40 minutes. The long hex key is very difficult and fiddly to locate and has to be turned for ages to tighten the lock. If you don't get it exactly correct the metal edge on the front of the clamp will cut your caravan tyre, or else the lock will just slip off, The piece that goes into the recess for the wheel bolt is sharp and has badly scratched my alloy wheel. I really regret ever seeing this product. Very expensive for what it is and a very poor design.

I have also read other reviews saying how easy it is to remove the flimsy lock which means it offers very poor protection.

although I was promised 6 months after sales service, it was sadly missing, had to get help else where.
