Extremely slow delivery

The tracking number didn't work. After trying many times to contact the seller, they finally respond that they didn't have had all the parts, and they will send. Strange that they give me a tracking number to begin with. It took 2 months before I finally receive my order. I will never order any thing from this seller again, don't think they do serious business.

You ordered a manifold. Clearly stated approx 9 weeks at checkout AND states custom made on the website. As to emails, we respond to all within 48 hours
We had one order from Sweden on that date, note, not with the surname of Moss. Also delivery was 5 weeks not 2 months!

Also looking at your trust pilot, you only leave bad reviews...

Saab 9000 lower engine mounts

I ordered a set of polyethylene lower engine mounts for my 1997 saab 9000. They are constructed of stainless steel and powerflex bushings. The look great and fit perfectly. They are much stiffer than stock. As a result there is vibration at idle but it goes away at very low speeds. Over all very pleased with the product. They are listed as stock but are actually fabricated when you order. It takes a month to get them but worth it.
