No forthcoming label or information to return shoes as I've requested.
A pending 'refund' amount in my bank account that never seems to clear.

Rubbish company. Rubbish products. Labelled as Sartorial Melbourne but site says UK based and bound by US terms. Products shipped from China took 3 weeks to arrive and shoes just placed unpackaged in a satchel.

Terrible company to deal with.
Ignored my emails enquiring as to when I could expect order to be dispatched.
Raised dispute process with my debit card company.
Within 2 hours Sartorial decided to contact me,gave them a taste of their own medicine and Ignored them.
Debit card company has given me a refund.
Avoid Sartorial glow, take your money and ignore you, scammers
Boots I ordered were not true to size and looked cheap and nasty compared to the pictures provided. Unable to contact them via email or online chat. Will have to write it off as a bad experience but would avoid like the plague.
Beware of Sartorial Footwear – Scam Alert!
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Sartorial Footwear. One was delivered a few days after purchase, and the second arrived in January. Unfortunately, the shoes were not true to size, so I reached out to their customer service. There was no phone number to contact, and they took over a week to reply to my emails.
I returned the shoes as per their policy, but they have refused to issue my refund—nearly £70! Despite multiple attempts to get my money back, they continue to delay and ignore my concerns.
This company is fraudulent and untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to avoid Sartorial Footwear, as they do not honor their return policy and are essentially stealing from customers.
