Poor customer service
I have placed my order only yesterday around 1300 or 1400 UK time,
about 1800 i sent them email as i just wanted different color (same price for the color i was asking for), received automated reply pretty much straight away. Then today midday i received another reply from Jinal Kothari (Customer service) saying it wont be possible for them to do what i have asked for and said i could only cancel the order with 20% (of the order) cancellation fee charges.
There Website say that they would accept returns and refund without asking a question. I do not understand how would they justify this - they will accept my return and refund my money back but they wont change the color when asked within few hours of placing the order.
