I mostly dealt with Ciji on WhatsApp and truly she helped me out so much from start to finish. I originally wanted something from the website but when it was unavailable Ciji showed me the showroom stock via video call and I chose a suit from there. Making payment was easy and tracking was sent in a few days. Whenever I query anything usually a response within some time. Overall a great experience and I would recommend the products and service from this store

There was some hesitation on ordering the product in consideration to size as there is no return policy .
Also luckily the product received was ok on body size but tight on arms which was little rectifiable by ourself

I recently purchased three sets of men’s kurta-pant-jackets sets from saree.com for my husband and son. I was provided an outstanding service by the saree.com and Asopalav teams.

I worked over WhatsApp with Prakash from Asppalav who helped me with the final selections by sending more suggestions and more pictures. The team also offered video call at any time but I didn’t have the need for that. We discussed measurements for adjusting the chest and sleeves on the kurtas, and waist and length etc for the pants, and the team guided me through that.

To meet my urgent timeline, Prakash took personal responsibility to dispatch the items quickly, and I received them within a week of my order which I placed on April 27th. My requested date was by May 5th, and I received the items even sooner on May 2nd.

I am very pleased with the service and the products.

This is my 7th or 8th purchase from saree.com and I have never been disappointed. Thank you Prakash and saree.com for continuing to be a dependable and affordable place to shop, where I can expect good quality, superior custom stitching, and friendly customer service.

I ordered a jacket from Amazon, it was my first order. It was marked as delivered and there was no proof of delivery. It is the last time I will order anything from Amazon, the customer services was poor and the whole experience has put me off doing any further shopping online.

Purchase saree online Cutdana Worked Saree in Organza

SKU: PSADK3746-Light Blue. not enough material for blouse stich. embroidery work was not perfect. When contact customer service It was very bad experience. They told us we have 48 hrs to check order. It's not worth to buy online or verify product detail before place order online.
