I Brought Christmas present for my fiance, I brought it in early November, and the delivery was close to Christmas, so almost 6 weeks of delivery. The quality of the product compared to the price is extremely bad, it is so cheap made that purchase from China would have been a better quality.. which this apparently also is, but from the extremely cheap quality department. From wearing the necklace for one hour it ripped apart a beautiful dress because of the bad quality. Also the size of the bracelet is basically for a four year old child which no grown-up will ever fit. I tried to get a refund, but this was not possible because of the extremely bad Service.

This due to both the fact that your request was presented beyond the terms stated in said policy and your order contained customised items.
