Sarah Flint shoes are very beautiful and I have bought many, many pairs over several years.
Unfortunately, I have one major issue with the soles of some Natalie's and some sandals peeling off as if they've never been glued on and this has happened with multiple pairs. I have them resoled in Australia where I live and it's an expensive exercise on brand new shoes, which I treat with great care having paid a high delivery cost. The best advice that the company could offer was to return the shoes for repair. This is a very expensive option so I don't take it, preferring to repair locally at $50-$100 a pair to have quality soles. As I said, I've never worn a shoe out by wear. I keep my shoes and bags in as new condition and don't get them wet or leave them in the sun. So something's not right in the manufacture of these models. 5/5 for beauty. 2/5 for quality of those particular models. I do have other styles which have no problem with soles.

DO NOT PURCHASE! NO REFUND POLICY, ONLY STORE CREDIT! Purchased a pair of low heel 'block' sandals only to find out after trying them on that they cannot be returned for a refund, only for a credit. This detail was not included in the product description and at these prices it is unfortunate that Sarah Flint can't refund to the card used for purchase. I have to use the credit somehow, but am not at all happy that I have to do so.

I love my Perfect Sling 85s. They are super comfortable and look fabulous. I bought a half size too small initially but they exchanged them for me.

Excellent customer service, even better shoes! I highly recommend this brand for all day wear.

Wonderful shoes and customer service. Customer for life. They went above and beyond in an issue I had with a pair of shoes and I see they value their customers and stand behind their products.
