I was with Sarah Academy for a period of time, and while my overall experience with the academy itself was mixed, I want to highlight the exceptional support I received from Ivona. She went above and beyond to help me prepare for interviews, organizing mock sessions tailored to the specific job roles I was applying for. Her dedication and thoughtful preparation gave me the confidence I needed to face real interviews. Kudos to Ivona for her unwavering support—she truly made a difference in my journey.

The Sarah Academy was an excellent resource for my current job search! I had personal circumstances change that kept me from continuing with them, but throughout my work with the team at Sarah Academy I felt supported and invested in. I communicated personally with multiple members of the team and felt they had my best interest at the core of their work. When the opportunity arises I WILL work with them again!

It was a great learning experience for me. It was not just about enhancing my technical skills, but focusing on my personality development. The team did it all, from my CV to my cover letter, to interview coaching sessions. I want to give a special shout-out to Maria Mihailova and

I have benefited in this session for i have realized observed what i have been doing wrong, how best to improve it and align with my abilities as well as the recruiters' duties.

I have been enjoying my experience with the academy so far, especially all the courses in the data science track. Additionally, I have really enjoyed the interview coaching sessions and strategy catch up meetings I have had so far with Ana Joveska and Maria Mihailova! The advice and help I have been receiving from these two has been incredibly helpful and i can wait to see the results that follow!

I’ve had an idea of the UK job market and strategies for my job hunt, however Sarah Academy and Ivona Mincheva helped me lot to figure out a clear strategy and motivated me to keep going despite not having immediate results. I love how this program and personal coaches are interested in helping candidates that are willing to put their best.

I never give 5 stars, because I'm Dutch and 5 out of 5 means perfection (which doesn't theoretically exist 😆). So far I'm positive about my experience here. My coach Maria has been very on top of things when I had not been. One of the negative reviews states that there is no guarantee of landing a job through this academy.

The truth is, there never is any guarantee you'll get any job either with or without them. You can be very qualified and still get rejected. However this platform definitely offers plenty of resources, coaching sessions and skill development (as well as networking events) that you would not as easily have access to on your own.

As my coach put it: "worst case scenario you leave with more knowledge and (access to) resources than when you started", which is an excellent way of putting it. I definitely recommend this program if you're serious about moving to the UK. Especially due to the visa restrictions ever since the UK left the EU.

I was part of the Finance Track, which was updated during my time in the program. The refreshed content has been fantastic for upskilling. It provides a solid foundation in the technical skills required for entry-level finance roles, which helped me feel more confident and prepared in my job applications.

What truly sets Sarah Academy apart, though, is the supportive network it offers. Alvin, the program lead, is incredibly responsive and genuinely invested in each participant’s journey. My career advisor, Ivona, provided tailored advice on how to improve my CV and LinkedIn profile, which made a real difference in my job search strategy. Having been on the job hunt for a while before joining, it was a relief to receive instant, actionable feedback that boosted both my confidence and prospects.

The monthly in-person networking meetups added a great social element to the program. They offered a chance to connect with others going through the same process, making what is often a lonely and isolating journey feel a lot more supportive and community-driven.

In short, Sarah Academy is more than just a training program, it’s a lifeline for job seekers. The combination of up-to-date content, expert guidance, and a genuinely caring community makes it an incredible resource for anyone trying to take that next step in their career.

Great and helpful

Being enrolled with Capua Academy has been a fantastic experience for me in the past 4 months, and has helped me gain so much confidence in achieving direction and a solid footing in the UK job market.

I am incredibly grateful to my coach Maria who has been dedicated and hard-working in providing the best advice I could hope to receive for a multitude of different opportunities that have come my way. Because of this, I have been able to prepare properly for difficult interviews, and get to the next stages with confidence.

I would highly recommend enrolling for anyone who feels they would benefit from experienced, dedicated, and tailored guidance through such a turbulent job market.

I'm a student here at Sarah, the staff are fantastic, knowledgable and very helpful when coming to giving career advice, lessons, and interview help etc. The job search jouney is a tough one, but they make it much less misrable than it is doing it alone. Thanks guys!

The Sarah Academy is a great program for those looking to become more employable. The job board powered by AI makes applying for jobs 10x easier. My coach Ivona was very friendly and committed to helping me refine my job search strategy and prepare well for interviews. Although I didn’t land a role as I had hoped, I have been equipped with skills that I will be able to carry into the future.

Leaving an honest review has always been my thing. Since joining the Sarah Capua Academy, I've been made to feel like my success is of utmost importance. My coach Ivona does not hold anything back and always shares well researched strategies with me. Alvin the program lead comes up with amazing courses to keep us prepped. I had a great experience at Sarah Academy. Maria Mihaelova provided my with support and guidance throughout. She was always prompt and tailored strategies to my need. The employability program, consisting of lectures is also a very good initiative to upgrade yourself. And ofcourse, their revamped international job board is the major USP. Definitely worth the time and money.
