Pre-ordered from them before and it went well. I pre-ordered from them again but they cancelled my order and I never received a refund.

Ordered from this site once previously and had a good experience. Second order is the worst I've ever had and feels like an outright scam.
The site canceled all open orders. Seemingly gave different excuses to everyone, sometimes it was payment processing issues, sometimes it was stock issues.
I was not refunded for a preorder that was prepaid, and was told I would have to go through the payment processor to do a chargeback or similar to get my money back. But the preorder was old enough that it fell out of Paypal's window for disputes. The only way to get my money back is to file a credit card chargeback against Paypal, which will most likely lead to my account getting banned. All because of Saqramart being horrible and refusing to handle the situation as they should have.
A month later their website is still under maintenance, with the mothership site being offline with a suspended account. I assume they are not coming back, but if they do, buyer beware. I would never trust this site again.

My order was cancelled on 06/11/2024 and they said refund would take 5-10 days to process. Nearly a month later I still do not have a refund. They have stopped replying to my emails and the website is "under maintenance" whenever I try to log in. Clearly something has gone very wrong with this company.

Cancelled my order due to “system error”. And then refused to refund me. They responded to my request with “as your order is cancelled please contact the payment processor”.
A total joke of customer service.

Saqra Mart Hobby apparently made a mistake in the number of pre-orders available for the Good Smile Gawr Gura figure and decided to cancel my order at the last moment. As if that was not bad enough, they refused to refund the transaction, and now I have to get my bank involved to dispute the charge and force them to return the payment. Completely unacceptable customer service, and I will definitely not be ordering from them ever again.

Avoid like the plauge, cancelled my order and then the site goes offline and no refund issued?

Transactions have been smooth all the time. From purchasing up to shipping. As a collector who also puts importance on boxes, the way the items were shipped with extra care in order for the boxes to arrive in pristine condition is always appreciated.

I appreciate that y’all make pre-ordering so easy and affordable, especially taking the money when the order is made instead of waiting for it to arrive. It lets me be able to use a pay-in-4 so I’m able to buy it then. Also the way y’all have what I’m looking for is great.

I’ve ordered a few model kits from Saqramarthobby now and I can honestly say they seem to be the only Japan-based retailer that offers reasonable shipping prices left (to the UK)! Both experiences have been excellent in terms of delivery time and packaging. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
