Car was in a minor bump and did not require insurance intervention as it was only the car grille, and all parties were not injured.
Took the car to Sapphire who sent me an estimate within 48 hours. Paid for the part, which arrived next day, appointment made for repair. Went in 3 hours later had a call to say car done. Fabulous service, Thank you.

I took my car here after my insurance couldn't fit me in for 2-3 months. From start to finish the process was amazing and the customer service was impeccable Amanda, Scott and Carlo were absolutely fab! the customer service you recieve keeping me up to date all the time fitting me in for extra work due to the delay on parts ( no fault of Sapphire) was so quick.
