Internet speed is incredibly unreliable

Internet speed is incredibly unreliable.

Many times during the day, our internet connection will drop from our expected 1gb/s speed to 3mb/s. At this time, ping will also spike. Getting assistance with this issue from customer support requires multiple follow up conversations without any clear path to a resolution.

Thank you for you feedback. I have gone through your ticket and your profile, and I can see that you don't have a router from Sappa. The reason we're asking you to follow up is because we need you to disconnect your private router, and connect your computer directly to the network outlet instead. This allows us to troubleshoot and trace the problem. If your router was from Sappa we would be able to log in to it and troubleshoot the signal directly. I hope this clarifies the situation!

Please don't hesitate to contact us for further help if the problem persists despite disconnecting your own router.

Back to future

Many things are perfect like costumers care is very very good . But the product ( box ) is way to old and not much user friendly. I felt it difficult and unfortunately if I could give stars just to costumers care it would be definitely 5+ bit the product box for tv id stupid and it feels like a old tv system . Also I think the price is way to high compared to other platforms

When watching TV and I want to change…

When watching TV and I want to change Chanel or play back or even get up the information, it is very slow, sometimes it doesn’t work at all, sometimes the TV buffers for a few minutes and other times it re-boots.

I have changed the batteries in the tv control but that hasn’t made a difference.

Also sometimes when I press the home button, SVT1 logo doesn’t have a white line around it, so I can’t change Chanel or scroll down for other services. I have to turn the TV off and turn on again to be able to do anything.

However, I am pleased that you have changed the local Svt news to region väst now.

I can't see that you have been in contact with us to sumbit a ticket regarding the playback issues or with your remote, but we would like to help you with this! Please contact us whenever you have the time and we'll make sure to help you. It sounds like you have some connectivity issues, so in this case we can troubleshoot your broadband connection. Im not sure what you mean with the white line/logo, but if you give us a call or send us a picture of it I'm sure we'll be able to fix that aswell.

Company Rating: Million Stars Real Internet Service

Hello, first of all, this internet company deserves a million stars. The customer service is super super super and the internet service is honest and fast 100/100. Now I am a new subscriber to the 1000/1000 internet service and the result is the speed 950/950 and it reaches 1000/1000. Fast service, above-star service. I was subscribed to Telia, halebop, bridband2 and allente.se. During the month the internet service was very bad and the customer service is very bad. They steal the internet speed. I was subscribed to everyone 1000/1000 and the speed reaches me 200/250 and less. When I tell them that the internet is not good, they tell me that the router or the problem is from the computer. I have an Asus router that costs 6500 kroner and the computer costs 120,000 kroner. So how can I have a problem with the computer and the router?? And I discovered that they lie in customer service and maintenance department because I was previously subscribed to an Internet company and it was new but unfortunately the company went bankrupt and today I have a wonderful, super and excellent subscription from Sappa Bredband company, real speed 100/100 customer service 100/100 I will advise all my friends and neighbors to subscribe to this service which should have a company rating of one million stars Thank you for the service and my advice to everyone is to subscribe without thinking this company Sappa Bredband one million stars

Cant even log a case of slow internet…

Cant even log a case of slow internet on their websie, the pages is made so that you endlessly go in a loop, Internet was of for days, now slow internet and cant log any cases as their website doesnt seem to allow it. Have to call in... Worst service! Contemplating leaving them for another service provider.

One suggestion from me

One suggestion from me, do not link their invoice to your bank account. It is very difficult to stop their service. And once you connect their account, it is impossible to cancel it because of their system errors. And their customer service is totally rude and useless. I moved out to a new apartment some time ago, but was not able to cancel their service for 2 months. Meanwhile they kept charging the month fee while the new tenant of the apartment could connect their own internet service. Horrible company. Do not use it and I sincerely hope they will bankrupt soon.

Generally, we cancel all subscriptions and invoices to the end of the next month, depending on if the subscription has contract period left or not.
You agree to our terms when you sign up for the contract, and we also send you an e-mail after the order with confirmation of the order and a copy of the agreement.
