seller due to extremely poor response and delayed service.

I placed an order through SAP Motors on 23 November 2025 using Snapmint financing. After placing the order, there was no proper response from the merchant. Calls, messages, and emails were ignored for months.

Whenever I tried calling their contact number, my calls were not answered. Even messages sent on WhatsApp were never replied to. I was continuously assured that the order would be delivered, but after waiting for more than 3 months, the order was finally cancelled and the refund was processed very late.

I have ordered products online many times and experienced services from various companies, but this has been the worst service experience of my life. The lack of communication, customer support, and responsibility caused unnecessary stress and long delay.

I strongly recommend buyers to be cautious before ordering from this seller due to extremely poor response and delayed service.
