Sapana is amazing. I saw her ad on youtube and attended the seminar. I was hestiant while paying and asked her if this is not a scam and she laughed and advised I can pay only if I have gained her trust else I can chose not to pay. That day I took the greatest decision by enrolling in her course. Her agile sessions are amazing. And what I really like about her is she is focusing on allround wellbeing of us, by asking us our dreams/family goals apart from corporate stuff.

The experience in the Scrum Champion Community was great. I am having 10 years of experience in the IT industry as QA and around 5 years as an SM. when join Sapana's session they were like eye opener to me.
There is 2.5 months of hands on training on Scrum, which i think no one gives in the market right now. This training helped me a lot to transition my self from a "Mechanical Scrum Master" to a "Valuable Scrum Master" which lives with Agile values and principle. Due to which landed me to an new job with an offer in my hand, with decent hike also.

After doing my CSM certification I tried to implement scrum framework in my organisation but deep down I was lacking practical approach about how to actual.implement it.

Currently, I am attending the old batch's last week's session as I haven't officially yet started my batch but the tutor has already engaged my batch which already shows how helpful she is :)

My batch is going to start from the 17th of Dec but what I can tell is that the tutor's method is quite good and it's easy to understand whatever she's teaching.

I hope my learning journey turns out to be marvellous as I am already feeling that it's going to be! Look forward to learning everything about Agile & Scrum Master role :)

Here are some points why i like this class
1) Sapna explaines the Scrum concepts in a lay-man language with lot of examples. Hence, it's quite easy to understand.
2) Every concept she explains crips and to point.
3) She keeps you engage ,motivated during sessions
4) You wil get hands on practicle sessions.
5) Sapna is very knowledgable and very good mentor.

I was having a thought of switching my domain to Scrum master after working as QA for about 13 yrs and was thinking of taking CSM certification and I found Sapna's Scrum community in instagram and I got connected with Sapna as she had experience in QA and swtiched to SM role.
