Refused break in payment when our newborn has cancer
Deeply disappointed asked for a break in payment when our newborn was diagnosed cancer we naturally have a ton of invoices we are unable to pay as these are naturally unforeseen and Santander could have helped us we never ever missed a down-payment extremely unpleasant and very very poor customer service.
Not worth using them now we move everything no more Satander ever again.
