Terrible delivery timescale, paid £6.99 for it to be delivered within 5 days and it arrived at day 10. Tracking from the courier was incorrect and not updated. Customer service were very slow at replying and provided no information just 'we'll look into it'. Now I want to return the product and they want to charge a further £22. So I will end up paying over £30 in delivery and return and have no product.
