Still waiting for a refund!

The first pair was ordered on 10 December and returned immediately as too big. I ordered a smaller pair and was very happy, but I’m still waiting for a refund for the first pair! I have chased and chased, and keep getting fobbed off, even though they confirmed they were back in the warehouse 12 days ago. Don’t bother ordering unless you can afford to lose your money if returned.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Bought 2 pairs of trainers at beginning of month returned acknowledged return on the 4th and 7th . Still waiting on refund I have emailed their customer services at least 3 times. . Little or no response ! Such poor service.! Shoes returned for one reason or the other based on comfort . But customer services means I won’t ever be buying from them .

Perfect stylish trainers

Trainers came packaged well with a dust bag included.No need to ‘wear them in’ they felt great as soon as I put them on, no seam or heel rubbing just lovely stylish well fitting trainers to wear with almost anything.I will certainly purchase again from Sans Matin.

I bought some San matins in August and…

I bought some San matins in August and they started to come away slightly from the sole. I contacted the team and was told immediately I’d be sent a new pair. Highly recommend this business. Looks like it was a small batch problem xx

Really pleased I splashed out on my new…

Really pleased I splashed out on my new Sans Matin trainers. I absolutely love them, they are so comfortable- and that’s saying something from me as I have awkward feet and never find anything particularly comfortable!

They also turned up beautifully boxed/wrapped, so, one happy customer!

Great shoes and service

I had already ordered the classic C20 so decided to order a pair of the Savannah but the werent to my liking so returned them. After nearly 3 weeks i still had not received my refund and contacted them . Their reply was swift and advised me of the problem and that they would put my refund in place in 24hrs. High praise for the customer service provided by Tsholo.

I ordered a pair of Sans Matin women's…

I ordered a pair of Sans Matin women's shoes. They arrived and didn't fit well. I misunderstood the pricing for a return and a wonderful person named Tsholo helped me to do a return. I was so grateful for the help. They are a beautiful shoe but I have a difficult foot to fit properly.
No fault of Sans Matin's! I would highly recommend the service that this company extends to it's customers.

WARNING! POOR RETURNS SERVICE

I ordered a pair of shoes that I knew were going to be uncomfortable immediately - they are very high at the back of the heel. I swiftly went through the returns process but we are now into week 3 and no sign of my money. I even had to pay an extra £2.50 to make the return. Be warned about buying from this retailer!

No sign of £454.25 refund

I purchased 4 pairs of trainers from this company on 04/10/2024, cost £591.60. I kept 1 pair and swiftly returned the unsuitable 3. No refund forthcoming. I was told that this company apparently operate an ‘up to 14 working days’ refund policy. It is working day 15 now, as I write this, and no sign of the £454.25 refund.
The trainers themselves are nice, and I have no issues with the product.
I feel compelled to highlight this issue, as I would not wish others to fall foul of this..

Love, love my Sans Matins

I've just ordered my third pair of Sans Matins trainers. They are the most comfortable trainers I've ever had, they are beautiful as well! I should know, I've had only trainers for years because of neuromas, spurs and arthritis on both feet. I have found your trainers are soft but strong, keep my feet healthy and beautiful too. Everybody compliments them and the company ethos appeals to me. Well done and thank you.

The inside heel of the shoes wore out…

The inside heel of the shoes wore out within 8 months. I emailed a photo on a Sunday, and received a reply the same day. They asked for a photo of the batch number, which I sent. The replacement shoes arrived on Tuesday. Fantastic customer service.

Over 3 weeks after a return and still no refund.

I'm sure the shoes are lovely for those people who find them a good fit. I did not, and chose to return them. Received an email saying my returns had been received on 7th August. It's now the 29th August and still no refund, despite my chasing multiple times. Shocking service. DO NOT USE.

Incredibly comfortable

Incredibly comfortable, beautifully styled flatform shoes. Very soft leather, with cool details. I love them! All sent really quickly in gorgeous packaging. What a treat! 🥰

One very happy customer

Shopping and customer service experience was great and the shoes looked beautiful when they arrived. Owned and worn them for a few months now. They are soooooo comfortable and I always get lots of compliments. So happy I bought these shoes and will definitely go back for another pair when (actually if!!) they ever need replacing.
