Op mijn verzoek om dit te controleren kreeg ik geen reactie; het eerste e-mailadres bleek zelfs niet te werken. Ook via een ander adres geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Tot op heden geen gids en geen klantenservice. Erg teleurstellend en zonde van mijn wél afgeschreven geld.
