Rang company 9am. Lee arrived about 2 hours later. all finished by 11.30. What a lovely guy Lee is; a real credit to his company, a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and reassuring. Explained exactly what he found, what he recommended and why. Serviced and tested system and then demonstrated it to me afterwards to show how it was working. Gave clear directions of how to look after the system and how often to have it serviced. Would definitely use them again. Not cheap [nothing is these day] but not extortionate either.

Lee was really friendly, well organised and extremely efficient. Our 13 year old Saniflo unit needed replacement and this was all sorted within 24 hours. The price charged for the unit was reasonable and despite the fact that our Saniflo is in an awkward crawl space in the loft, everything was done promptly and neatly.

Highly recommended.

Lee arrived on time having been sent a message that the previous job took more time and kept fully informed.
Job was done quietly quickly and properly cleaned up when finished.
Lee was polite positive and did a first class efficient job.
The price was good value, and the receipt was given on the spot.

Excellent service from the team at Saniflo Solutions, quick to respond and both my macerators where straight onto the job identified the fault very quickly and gave the correct advice on what what was need for repaired and when they came in for to repair they done a great job, left the room completely clean. The 2 chaps who did the job were very friendly and personable.

My wife dropped a bottle cap by mistake in the evening and it jammed the blades inside the macerator, it was our only toilet and we had just had a baby 2 weeks prior. I called these guys around 8:20pm and explained the situation and they turned up 30mins after bear in mind its after hours. Unblocked my saniflo and charged me reasonably as well. I'm in awe of their service, professionalism and sympathy, will definitely use again

Was recommended to call 07538 581254 by the company who do my boiler services who are excellent so felt confident. On website they are called Mr Local Saniflo Engineers Brighton & Hove. I was in a huge panic as my macerater in downstairs loo had stopped working (unbeknownst to me) at 4am when I flushed loo and overflowed toilet for 2.5 hours. Whole downstairs flooded with 2 inches water and I had to leave for London 7am. Left voicemail about 7.30am saving I needed repair or replacement & to get water back on. They called back 8.40am. Bloke reassuring on phone & by text but very keen to take money on day which concerned me. Was told they were just on a job in Preston park & then would be over. I’m in Hollingbury. Left my 23 year old son in charge of dealing with them as husband & youngest going to Wales by 10am for university run. You can imagine the mess the house was in. I texted just before 12 to say water back on so I just need a quote for repair. No reply. Bloke arrived about 1pm. On arrival literally did nothing except look at toilet. Said he would follow up with me to do quote. No contact. Next day I called what I thought was another company - Saniflo Solutions. No reply & no message left. A few minutes later someone called me back. Sounded like it was same person I spoke to before and soon became clear it was. He claimed he had texted me. He hadn’t. He said maybe he didn’t press send! He said would do quote next day. I then checked numbers and realised both companies clearly run by same person. I didn’t feel comfortable but felt they had the local Saniflo repair system sown up. I’m also unwell and not too robust right now. I was working from home today so my 68 year old husband dealt with them. When I came out of my room I could see 2 blokes pressing him to quickly concluded a £125 transaction. I asked for an update and they had removed macerator and that was it. One bloke said it would be over £1000 to replace it and I could get a plumber to do it. I challenged the cost. He repeated it and I said so basically you’ve got £125 and I’m still up **** creek. His colleague said yes and they both left sharpish, taking the macerator with them without consent and leaving an open sewer! For all I know macerator might have been repairable. They are rogue traders who basically defrauded my elderly husband. As soon as they saw me emerge they couldn’t escape quick enough. I’m left with no downstairs toilet, can’t use washing machine as water went through macerator and house stinks of sewage as there is an open hole to sewer. Apparently they also had my husband pay on their phone including inputting his card details so I’m also concerned about ID theft and had to have bank cancel his card. Can’t find either company registered with Companies house

Wanted a new Saniflo unit installed. I was told that it would probably take 2 hours and cost £195. Expensive,
but I agreed. The slot offered was 11am to 2 pm. He arrived at 2:30 pm! He took just 30 minutes and refused to take old unit away. He did however try to take the specialised driver supplied for future inspection and all the unused parts - until I asked for them back.
He left and I fould the connections were very amateurish and LEAKED. I contacted the company and they first said they would come back after the weekend!!!! After an arguement they arranged for their manager to contact me. He was not helpful but I did insist he did something or I would get a proper plumber in and charge him for it; at that he agreed to get the person to return the following morning and do it correctly. Still not what I call a good job, but I won't have them in my house again!!

At first I was impressed: after arriving within the hour on Friday very promptly to fix my macerater I was so pleased. I was aware that their fees were £55 per half an hour. I was happy with this as I had Airbnb guests staying and needed the toilet fixing quickly while the guests were out for the day.

Then on the Sunday morning ( two days later) whilst my new guests were staying the bathroom flooded with soiled water.
I called the company explaining that something had occurred and needed them to attend and they would not come out to fix it. Said they didn’t work Sunday’s even though the many websites affiliated with this company states 24/7 emergencies.
I had to remove all panelling myself and discovered the out let pipe was not attached to the mains.
Thankfully I’m quite handy with DIY and was able to re attach myself and secure the pipe in properly.
I will not be using this company again and will advise my network to steer clear.
This was an emergency that was caused by them and they were not willing to fix even though able to visit within an hour of me calling them and paying them £180

Unreliable
We were given a time after 10am - rang them at 11.30 for an estimate of time - they said 2.00pm - rang them at 3.30pm - no reply and no communication. they did not turn up.
We wasted a day waiting. Really glad we have not used them if this is the way they treat customers.- there work is probably as shoddy.

Called these guys to repair a macerator toilet. I said it wasn't an emergency so they turned up next day
They fixed it within 1.5hrs but then said £210 please - I said we had agreed it wasn't an emergency & Paul said that's the rate they charge & its my fault because I didn't ask

1 week later (& only being flushed 3 times) the toilet has the same problem - They are not returning my call
Please don't use them, find someone else!

Paul and Lee came to the rescue with their superhero cloaks on short notice and sorted us out professionally and well - even going the extra mile by returning to do something more than they were contracted to do. I called them heroes to their faces, and they were! Thanks guys, you did a grand and very unpleasant job

Very poor instructions.
Sadly ,despite the company saying that the product thar I was purchasing, was the same as the product that I had previously.
Did not turn out to be the case, several fixtures/fittings/positionings were different.
Plenty of room for improvement, do not suppose that the company woukd be interested,it is not what they do..
