Absoluter Horror der online shop

Seit Wochen warte ich auf die Bestätigung der Rücksendung, die schon längst im Shop eingegangen ist Ich habe per Vorkasse gezahlt und die Besitzerin stellt sich tod.
Emails, Whatsapp, Instagramm Nachrichten ALLES WIRD IGNORIERT Stattdessen werde ich auf Instagram blockiert und die Betreiberin postet fleißig neue Ware, damit noch mehr Kunden auf den Irrsinn reinfallen.

Schade unfassbar schade!! Ich habe 2 mal über 800 eur in diesem Laden vor Ort in Nürnberg ausgegeben und diesmal den Fehler gemacht online zu bestellen, da ich nicht aus Nürnberg komme!!

Nie wieder! Eine absolute Katastrophe!!!
Seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung!!!

Das geht nicht!!! Wenn ihr den online Shop nicht auf die Reihe bekommt dann lasst es besser sein !!!
Den google Bewertungen nach zu urteilen ist das ja der Fall !!!
Bestätigt mir endlich die Rücksendung oder ich schalte meinen Anwalt ein!!!
