Horrible customer service and company policies!
My First and Last purchase from this company.
I was told on 3 different occasions a manager or supervisor was going call me. No one ever called me.
Your products are ill fitting and overpriced for the quality and fit.
If you're going to position yourself as a luxury retailer, you need to provide top notch service, and teach Customer Service people how to communicate with clients.

The new and unwashed item looks fabulous, but after the first wash following the washing instructions, it shrinks considerably. I would say as someone familiar with textiles, their fabric has not undergone proper pre-shrinkage and their sizing is not true to size. Multiple regretful purchases.

The worst customer service for such a big brand. I suggest that you never buy from online because the customer service doesn't exist.
I ordered a jacket (order no. 820448782)in the UK on January 16. It has still not been delivered.
I contacted Sandro customer service through the website 3 times (because there is no other way even though the website says you can reach out to them via chat or phone, I think this should be illegal to mislead the customer), and asked them to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling in accordance with my e-mail, they completely ignored by request and told me that they are sending the order. The order hasn't been sent still.
I want to cancel my order and get reimbursed, but they are holding my 300 pounds...

After sandro’s so called customer support replied here that they will contact me nothing has changed still no information, no order, no status of my order, this is just nonsense , i have never experienced anything like this before

It arrived on 30/12 and I decided to wear it for the first time on 7/1/26. When I closed the buckles, one came off in my hand. Their online contact form doesn't work - it just continues to refresh. No other contact details available. This is disgraceful.

This was the first time I ordered from Sandro directly and never again. I returned two items both priced at 125,28. I was refunded 118,23 and when I contacted Customer Service was told that one item was not received in its original packing. This cannot be true because I did not even try on the items. It also doesn't explain why I was not refunded the correct amount (because apparently one item was correct!). To get this answer, I had to contact Customer Service multiple times..
I was then sent back the item that was apparently not in it's original packing and it is brand new with tissue still wrapped around it. I have given up and taken it as a loss.
As a side note: I have been ordering online from other marketplaces e.g. Zalando, Best Secret, Helly Hansen, Hoka, H&M, Zara, Bol, Amazon, Apart, Otto and others since over 20 years and this has never happened to me before!

I bought some boots as a Christmas present in mid December. They were to be delivered in time for Christmas. They never shipped. I’ve been told 3 totally different stories from “customer support” and I’m still waiting for a resolution 3 weeks later. They’re holding my €300 hostage. They’re nothing better than scammers.

Poor service. Money is charged for items that are not in stock and never arrive. I don’t know any other store that does this.
Terrible customer service-rude. Website takes your money and cancels the purchase. When you call customer service you’re told you must go through a multi business day process to verify your identity before you can make a purchase. That should be stated on the website before you waste your time.
I prefer buying Sandro in the physical shop instead of e-shop because it seems to me that the brand does not have consistent sizing.Items are generally oversized, also when they are not ment to be. So, each time I ended returning my order because, although I followed a size guide recommandation , the item was too large. Normally I wear 38 in tops, and once I ordered jacket in 38 and it felt like 4 numbers too big.
The quality is exeptional and pieces last forever. I did not have any issues with returning good or recieving money back.
I am extremely disappointed with Sandro’s customer service and refund process.
For more than two months, I have been trying to receive a refund for items that were returned to a Sandro store in Madrid and are already in the company’s possession. Despite this, I have still not received my money.
I only receive repetitive emails saying that there is a “problem” or that someone will “get back to me,” without any concrete solution or timeline. This situation is unacceptable for a brand at Sandro’s level. Holding returned items for over two months without issuing a refund is unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.
I truly like Sandro as a brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, due to this situation, I will no longer shop with Sandro.
I hope Sandro takes responsibility and improves its refund and customer service processes.
