The quality was not as good as expected… the top that I bought was damaged and I had to return the items .. I sent an email to ask if they can remove the delivery fees since I’m returning the items because the top was damaged.. I never got a reply back.. I tried to contact by WhatsApp and email , still haven’t heard anything back from them.. I’m a very loyal Sandro customer.. but the quality and service is getting very bad

5th April 2026 You owe me my £1.5k now, you should have raised a cancellation and refund already, not responding below that after 19 days of my receiving no goods that you are raising it with the courier. It states 3-5 working days on the website, I ordered in time for a holiday, I do not want them now as they did not arrive in time and I do not want any goods from such a disreputable company that does not provide any goods, has no uk number to contact, does not respond to online complaint form and does not provide refunds. That is your issue, not mine. It is in your gift and legal obligation to refund me. Please provide the name and address of the CEO for legal complaints? Moira the manager in the London Regent street store 6 days ago instructed a refund to be sent to me by customer services, I heard nothing back from either. It shows that you should and can issue refunds where the customer has received none of their online order.

I have a very good experience shopping with Sandro. Nice, truly French atmosphere. I don’t speak French but there is a translation available. I only wish there were more items in bigger sizes - like size 4 and 5.

Sandro presents itself as a premium middle-market brand, but in reality, it’s all style and attitude with very little substance. They clearly cut costs by choosing the cheapest delivery options, where parcels are simply left unattended at the door.
Customer service does little more than send empty apologies, while the issue remains unresolved for over a month.
If you’re looking to waste your time and nerves, I can recommend it. Otherwise, there are plenty of more reliable and customer-oriented brands out there that don’t rely on unnecessary pretension.
P.S. I see that several customers are complaining about DPD and the inability to choose another carrier such as DHL. I asked customer service whether it would be possible to select DHL, but unfortunately, they declined. This is quite disappointing.

My purchase was never delivered to me. Despite follow up request, my money were not reimbursed to me neither purchase delivered. At this point I am deeply unsatisfied with this situation and the fact that it was not resolved except push back no fact based email response. If this will not be resolved, I reserve my rights to take administrative /legal actions.
Update: many emails and CONTRADICTORY RESPONSES FROM
THE SHOP, Sandro has breached the sale/purchase contract and still keep my money!. @Sandro team - as a reminder - this is illegal not to reimburse and hold someone money in case you have failed to deliver purchased item!
