Awful and a total scam

Awful and a total scam. False advertising and consumer fraud at its best. I got a dress that looked nothing like what they advertised on their website. I tried returning the atrocity they sent me and getting my money back, but it’s impossible because the products come from China. I went back and forth with them via email ( which was painful because they don’t get back to you right away ) and the best they offered was a partial refund ( less than 50% 🙄) which I have yet to receive. I’m definitely not holding my breath. I honestly can’t even describe how terrible this dress was. They use AI to make their products look legit, but what you get is nothing less than a poorly sewn together dish rag. Wait, a dish rag is actually higher quality.

If I could give them a -10 I would

If I could give them a -10 I would. I ordered a dress that’s all over the internet. Looks elegant in the advertising. The dress came and is the worst thing I ever saw. Nothing like the dress I ordered. Scam is an understatement!!😡 never again!!

One star

One star, since zero is not an option Money back return guarantee is a total scam. They make it as difficult and expensive as possible (send the item and all its packaging to a questionable addrees IN CHINA at a cost of up to $40 on a $60 item, then they will inspect it and decide if they will refund, and then take a month or more to do so), THEN offer you a 10% refund for skipping that "process" . I had no trust that any refund would be forthcoming afer paying to return, so did not try it. Product was OK, but not worth the price. No label except a care and origin tag. Just something from a TEMU quality Chinese sweat shop.

Absolute scam- I got fooled

Absolute scam- I got fooled, thinking clothes had to be nice and legitimate- San Diego Boutique- ad stated no worries for 30 days/return. Once I received the horrible crappy deceptive order, I tried to return, they charge you, and have all sorts or reasons to not refund you. Beware! I’m out a lot of money. So mad!

I can't give a ZERO...

I can't give a ZERO, so here is a 1. This isn't a San Diego company. I got hoaxed - my bad, but hopefully others will read this. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are in China, and the quality/material of the $59.99 dress I bought was horrible. I literally threw it in the trash, but decided I'd try to get a refund. I don't have high hopes...

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This is NOT a family owned boutique and very far from a California boutique. Items ship directly from a man in China (eventually, prepare to wait almost 2 months) with quality less than even Temu or Shein even though prices are quadruple. Want to return something? No worries just be prepared to pay to ship the items BACK to China at your expense or you’ll be offered a 10% refund of your purchase price. This place is beyond a joke it is fraudulent and the absolute definition of false advertising and misrepresentation. Finally, customer service is non existent. You will wait for weeks for a reply. Run far far away.

Low quality

I ordered a summer dress and the quality left a lot to be desired. Though at a cheaper price I may have kept it but for what it cost it was definitely not worth it. It looks like it came from SHEIN and then was resold at triple the price. Though I thought I was ordering from a store in California, it came from China and took over two weeks. The return process is lacking. Not only do you have to email them first and then send pictures and then they give guidance on how to return. And then you must pay return postage. So do they not only not make it easy & you must pay for it.
