I’m so glad a chose to use Sanderson Heating and Renewables to replace my outdated boiler. From the initial house visit to the very detailed quotations and then the install, I couldn’t fault anything.
The whole team arrived on time, they cracked on straight away taking extra time ensuring the flooring through my house was properly protected.
The boiler was installed in no time, everything was left clean and tidy, thank you!

After many weeks of research and planning to find a team who could install a state of the art Air source heat pump heating system from scratch, I decided to entrust the project to James and his dedicated team.
The job was never going to be straightforward, as there were many obstacles and challenges to overcome that would make a successful design and installation of the system a major headache for ANY heating engineer!
The system was delivered and installed within a week and the sheer skill and attention to detail shown during the installation was extremely impressive!
The guys really went the extra mile to get pipework to do things a go places I thought impossible!
The tidiness of the site during the work was second to none and when the job was completed you really couldn't tell they had been there as everything was put back in place and cleaned and vacuumed.
The real value of Sandersons though, is this..
Aftercare.. James personally brought a representative of Stiebel Eltron to my property so he could show me how to control the system both at home and remotely from my phone!
They both spent a couple of hours giving a very detailed explanation and answered all my novice questions!
The system is performing flawlessly..as did Sandersons!

James really knows what he’s doing and his team took care of our renovation to a high standard. He always had our back and ensured we were never without heating or a toilet during a big renovation. All work has been done to a great standard. He did all our underfloor hearing, moved a gas meter and fitted bathrooms and radiators. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend James enough! We had a major leak on a Saturday night. Despite the late hour in a weeekend, he responded to our emergency call at 2230 hours, right away and arrived quickly. The same night he rectified the leak which if continued would have caused substantial damage to the paint and ceiling where the leak was ongoing. It being the weekend ,he made arrangements for a new hot water cylinder to be delivered first thing on Monday morning. On Sunday morning we realised that we again had no water running in the taps . Contacted James again and rectified it first thing Sunday morning ! By 8 AM on Monday he was already installing it. His service was prompt, professional and much on time. He made sure everything was fixed properly and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated how reliable he was and how smoothly the entire process went. Definitely someone we'll call again for any plumbing needs!

I recently had a disaster with our main kitchen sink practically flooding the kitchen. James was incredibly efficient in coming to our aid and got us up and running within an hour.
