1st time encounter someone who make spirituality a reality in my life and I am seeing that it can heal issues. My 5 year old daughter has SPD and speech delay. She could not point to objects when asked to do so. Pointing to flashcards is the first level of communication when a child begins to give response . I was trying each day from past many months but failing.

I have been deeply benefitted from a guided meditation of Sandeep Mukhergee. I was suffering from a deep rooted belief from a childhood trauma that though I knew was a false belief, yet couldn't come out of it. I have been through this for about 40 years. This guided meditation has really uprooted the fear or phobia kind of thing from my mind. Sometimes even I wonder how was this possible .
