Extremely low quality product. They’re selling sarees which could be bought in 1/7th price. I bought 15k INR saree and it looks terrible. You’ll have to pay 10% amount which they’ll not refund. Whatever measurement you give, they’ll give you random measurements outfit. Service is extremely poor. I never post such bad reviews but the saree I gifted to someone was really bad. I heard about it and felt very sad about it.

This has been the poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

I ordered my Sherwani for my upcoming wedding and was told timely delivery. For weeks, I received no updates and had to chase them myself after 30 days of silence. Each time I asked, they gave me a different excuse or timeline for dispatch.

Despite me providing my measurements at the time of purchase, they later asked for them again. Worst of all, even after I repeatedly told them I was flying to the US at the end of the month for my wedding, they said they would ship the Sherwani to my home address to arrive the day before my wedding—in a completely different country.

That made the order completely useless, and they never provided any proof that the Sherwani was even being made. Instead, they only gave me delays and empty promises, causing weeks of stress during what should have been a joyful time.

Now I am left scrambling to find an alternative outfit at the last minute.

Do not order from Samyakk. They cannot be trusted to deliver on their commitments or respect the urgency of wedding orders.

Very good quality sarees, just as described. Delivered sooner than expected. Good finishing. Great communication via WhatsApp

Seriously these guys are scammers.
They tell you there is 3g pure gold zari in the sarees but refuse to state that on the receipt. I asked to speak to the Manager but they couldn't be bothered. Why would you pay thousands of dollars for sarees that they can't even guarantee that they are genuine.

order was placed. They mentioned they cannot fulfill the order. They asked me to chose a different saree. I have asked for refund and stopped responding. I have proof of watsapp chat if anyone is interested.

I am always happy to order outfits from you.I am always in a hurry to receive them but as I live in France, it takes a very long time to receive them. I'm patient and I'm happy result. Thank you for being a serious site. see you next purchase.

I placed order for the above dress in the mid of November . I was told that from your staff that they will dispatch by the end of November. I have waited till now . Now they say that they cannot provide me with above product and asked if they would replace .
This is the second time this has happened to me . Now the product is removed from the website . Totally disappointed. Neither they update or inform me anything . I need to chase them every now and than .I had received part of the order a dress earlier . Alternations for that has been done so badly . No standards or quality control checked for that dress .
