Ordered 3 items and tried to cancel 1 that was not ready to be shipped for 3 weeks and was told I could not. Would have purchased more in the future but will not with such poor customer service.
I got my posters they were excellent quality! There was a mess up on any earlier order I believe it was a distributor issue. The distributor wouldn't fix it but Samurai art bent over backwards to make sure it got fixed and I was satisfied!
Awesome company, high quality product. My iPhone case was delivered fast. Their product was so good that I purchased a second case with a different picture so that I can alternate to a different case/picture. Thinking of purchasing a third case.
