Excellent service samtrygg❤ I, as an international student found it very challenging to find an apartment to move in to sweden fpr the first time. But with samtrygg, the frustration was gone. Lack of response via email and not answering urgent questions. Lack of communication between departments: e.g. regarding rental and deposit payments.

Good facilitation, but room for improvement when it comes to your platform, there are some bugs for non swedish citizens, social security number, and some parts of the contract which is hard to understand in swedish because they are not translated, what about a FAQ?

Our pleasant experience with Samtrygg
Samtrygg's customer support was extremely helpful. Any questions we had were resolved in no time. Their response time is surprisingly fast and we are especially grateful for Amanda's assistance! The site design is quite user friendly and there are many available options to choose. Especially for international tenants the renting process is quite straightforward. We would definitely recommend Samtrygg to anyone interested.

Samtrygg is a well-thought site, classifying housing offers with efficiency. The profile verification of both landlords and tenants gives a lot of confidence and accelerate the process, the assistance in planing and contacting owners for visits is helpful and even gives tips here and there.
