This company not like it used to be

This company not like it used to be. I would advice you to avoid it.
Mcare is disgusting at handling costumers and they are suppous to take care of their repairs. Bad service from Samsung and Mcare Stockholm. Next time i will become a Apple costumer after 15 years as a samsung user. Im done with this.

Sorry for the late reply. I ask you to leave a review with the workshop Mcare or Samsung directly. We (Nordic EASC) only handle white goods and TV-repairs.
