Why make it so hard to find new parts for my appliance
It was really difficult to find the proper website where to buy parts for my refrigerator. Furthermore the names of the parts are not intuitive and there were no descriptive enough images to help, making it specially difficult for foreign language speakers.

Samsung Qled Remote Control
I was looking for an original remote control for my QLED TV, but I didn't trust other websites or retailers.
Samsung pointed me to this website. The purchasing process was super smooth and easy. The remote control arrived two days after I ordered it. It's original.
The delivery cost was €7. That was annoying, which is why I gave them four stars.

You indicate that you find it strange that you cannot buy parts through 2Service BV and that we have not been able to advise you where you can get such a part. 2Service BV depends on Samsung to supply parts, if Samsung no longer produces it, no longer has it in stock and does not offer alternatives, we simply cannot supply it. In addition, we do not know which company can supply which part when it isn't available at Samsung. You can Google the part number and check if you can find a provider over via internet that can supply the part. Best regards, Samsungparts.eu

Product code of a screw
It was a smooth process to contact the Customer service and getting a result. User manuals for the monitors should be more specific with giving product codes in details even of it is just a small screw used for connecting the stand to the monitor itself. .

Took more than two months to deliver…
Took more than two months to deliver the product and it arrived without a power cable. Once I bought a new power cable the speaker did work at least.
