Samsung is always a regret

Samsung is always a regret. I regretted buying Samsung many times, I’m fed up now, I don’t buy it and I don’t let others buy it. Surely there will be people who say that i bought a cheap Samsung and weren’t satisfied. But other brands also produce cheap phones, and they don’t end up being as problematic as Samsung. Moreover, even Samsung’s expensive phones can have many issues. People put their phones in the freezer during updates because they overheat and damage the screen. And this can happen even with the most expensive Samsung models. I used to really love Samsung’s design, but they’ve ruined it now. Instead of giving the S25 series a new design, they copied the design of the A series. Samsung used to manufacture the processor for the Pixel series, but even Google gave up on Samsung.

Samsung washing machine installation error

Hello,
I purchased a Samsung washing machine from MediaMarkt Turkey. As seen in the photos, there is a separation at the joint point of the top cover of the washing machine. This issue may cause malfunctions in the electronic components in the future due to moisture and water. I am wondering how such a defect was overlooked by Samsung’s quality department. Samsung’s quality standards are clearly not as excellent as claimed; this has been a major disappointment for me.

High Repair Cost Shock for a Samsung QLED TV Breaking Down in Just 3 Years

Three years ago, I purchased a Samsung 55QN90B QLED TV. One morning, it suddenly stopped working. The product had a two-year warranty, and I paid a considerable amount at the time—26,000 TL (approximately 1,428 USD) in 2022. Back then, I did not fully realize the importance of purchasing an extended warranty.

When I contacted Samsung service, I was informed that the issue was a panel failure, described merely as “bad luck,” and that the repair would cost 56,000 TL (around 1,356 USD). This amount is nearly equivalent to the price of a new television. Moreover, my TV had no physical damage, no liquid exposure, and was always used with a surge protector. Despite not even reaching five years of use, it has become completely unusable.

I believe potential Samsung TV buyers should be aware of this situation. My expectation is that a product purchased at such a high cost should not fail so quickly, and that there should be some form of compensation for such an issue.

I bought Samsung 65S90C on 17/11/2023…

I bought Samsung 65S90C on 17/11/2023 for my family.
My family uses technology very carefully. They are even afraid of damaging what they use.

I came home after a long time and check the TV if everything is ok.
I found a whitish mark inside the screen that looks definitely factory issue.

I called Samsung customer service to fix the problem. I have very bad customer service experience. They send me a technician to check the TV.

They took some pictures of the issue and told us that they would let us know what they can do in a day.

I called them after 2 days as they did not call us back. They said that it is user error which is completely unacceptable.
As I said, my family is very sensitive to technological devices.

Samsung never accepts that the TV has a factor issue. I know that they always make us give up not to seek our rights.

I will definitely complain Samsung in everywhere.
