I can't just go and repair my phone in…

I can't just go and repair my phone in the official Samsung Repair shop, I have to go back online and book the repair. But turns out that my phone (Z Flip 6) is not available for this service. So I have to book a call (yes, book an appointment in order to make another appointment). I had to wait 24 hours to get a call on which they tell me that they don't speak english (yeah, Samsung, a technology company), so they had to call me again. They never called so I had to book again and wait another 24 hours to get a second call and be able to talk to someone in english. They tell me that they are not the ones who can book my repair and they pass my call to a "repair center"... the call was cut... and I am here, with my broken phone unable to simply go and repair it on the approved repair shop... UNBELIEVABLE
