A Big Thank You Samsonite Uk

I had a problem with my case when the lock was broken by the air line I travelled with. I got in touch with Samsonite Uk. I informed them of my problems and informed them I could fix it myself,they ask for the part numbers and a photo of said part and they have sent the parts great service. I have purchased Samsonite hard sided cases with locks on both sides you know they are good because the air staff use them I would advise anybody who wants a good case buy Samsonite. A big Thank you Samsonite UK service Department

Terrible customer service, bags can’t be repaired, complete rip-off!

Dear Friends, just a kind reminder on the terrible customer service of Samsonite #samsonite They can’t service their €500 Cosmolite suitcases, losing a wheel due to a damage on Singapore Airlines made this suitcase completely worthless and useless. Especially the service of World of Samsonite on Bali in Bali Galeria was awful, no support, no help, no solution. Will never buy Samsonite again, I suggest you don’t do either! #terriblecustomerservice
