Avoid avoid avoid. It’s scam, ignore the fake reviews. I try to patronise the business being Nigerian, but on my third transaction the owner said to me I sent money to his old account and he can not refund me because he is a busy man. Yeah, just like that!

They have fraud written all over them. I transferred money in May, transfer was not completed and nothing has been refunded.
Don't go near them.
I also think there are some fake positive review

Did not fulfil order, I tried to get money back from my account and no help. They then proceeded to block me from contacting.

I made a transaction and am yet to receive my money 💰 I have try calling their customer service Number but they said they are unable to receive any calls, I have written them severally no response. Please avoid them they're fraudulent.

5* and 1*. How does that work then? Oh, and all the 5* reviews are marked as helpful, despite being pretty basic.

Come on Trustpilot - you have technology to prevent fake reviews - this is one of the more obvious examples.

There is literally a warning on the FCA website (fca.gov.uk) that this company is a scam, and anyone who gives them money may lose it all. Positive (fake) reviews mean that some people may be caught.

I just got scammed of £2000. I was blocked on the app and IG.

I wish i had looked at this review before using this fraudulent app/company.
I sent money to Nigeria for my aunty who was is critically unwell and on wheelchair over a week ago and they are yet to receive it. The company even blocked me on social media and i can no longer log into my app.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. ITS A SCAM

This Samsky is a fraud. They have been holding the money I sent through them since early May 2023, their customer service is terrible, they keep writing me same message “ we’re investigating the transactions” and that’s since May. The sad part is that I borrowed the funds from the bank and it’s a total of £3600 which I’m paying back now with huge interest. Please avoid this company, they’re are a bunch of fraudulent people.

They Scammed me of £1,290. It’s over 3 months since this company too my money and refused to credit my recipient.

Don’t follow the good review, now convinced they are paid reviews. Send money with them at your own risk.

Worst company ever, I have sent money to my beneficiary account for almost 3 months now and it hasn’t been received up till now.
They are SCAM SCAM and should be closed down completely.

Samsky has to be the most unreliable app to ever as a matter of fact the chance of them not being a scam is a slim because tell me why have sent £300 since march and my beneficiary is yet to receive the funds till today and we are in June already. Their customer care agent keep telling me they are working on it all these while without any reasonable changes. Tell me why their so called office here in the UK has been locked for months now and they won't even pick up their calls.They told me ending of May that I should wait for 14 working days that my beneficiary will receive the fund,the 14 working days elapsed and my beneficiary didn't receive the funds only for thier customer care agent to tell me that they already told their team and they are working on it without giving me a stipulated time of when my transaction will be sorted. Their Instagram page has been brought down too.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in the UK my brother used this app to send money to my Nigeria account since on 25th of march up till today may 16th I haven’t received the money stay away for this app they are inefficient and unprofessional scam scam thieves release my money
