I cant say too much as I did not get beyond the first phone call.
When I called the number they did not answer the phone stating the company name. There was instead a number of voices in the background. It soundled like someones kitchen. Very unprofessional.
But I didn't have many options.
When I reported that I needed their help to unlock my car as the battery was dead and the electronic key was not working. They said they could not do anything if I didn't have a key.... Obviously if I had a key it's a safe bet that I would not have needed a locksmith!
I did not engage their services and was abale to resolve the issue myself.

This locksmith is probably the biggest rip off in Britain.
They charge £179 labour to replace a lock, which takes 10 minutes
They charge £298 for a lock, which you can buy for £26.49
They charge £50 for call out if you don’t go ahead with the repair,
it’s not a free call out charge as they state in the online advert. They ask for payment first before they do the work.
They ask for additional costs for things that should be included in the repair.
They are rude and unprofessional and tell lies, no receipt for the part they purchase
so they can rip you off 10 times what it really costs..
Sam locksmith is not even a company that’s registered with Companies House.
The address on their website is incomplete and fake.
Their invoice is from a different company, which is spelt incorrectly. The owner’s name is not Sam.
They are a scam Romanian owned company, DO NOT call them even if it’s an emergency. I would score negative 100 stars.
