Samedaytrainers Reviews

Ordered a pair of Adidas Samba trainers for my wife on Sunday evening. Arrived Tuesday. Fantastic service. Definitely will use again.

Messaged them at 11pm to chase up an order and had a prompt reply. Order was left in a safe place. Great communication

It’s been weeks and weeks!!
My trainers just never arrived!
They took my money but now won’t contact me.
I’m emailing them every week but no reply
Just refund my money!!!

Fantastic customer service, called the mobile number on the website to ask if delivery can be sent today so I can receive in time for Xmas, Harry was a great help asked me to forward the link to him of what I would like to order and he can check availability for delivery. Replied straight away with confirmation for delivery. Fantastic customer service, will 100% use this website again.

Great service, communication and items received when promised. This is the second time I've purchased from Samedaytrainers and I'm sure I'll be using them again in the near future.

Excellent customer service from Same Day Trainers. I had a slight problem with order but everything was sorted out straight away. Top marks to them and I shall order from them again.

Customer service excellent - had to return trainers, but the (refreshingly) personal service made it easy and refund received promptly.
Would definitely use Samedaytrainers.co.uk again on my next purchase.

Ordered adidas sambas as a bit cheaper than other stores. Arrived next day as promised, customer service cannot fault. I’ll recommend same day trainers to family and friends .

This is my first time to write review for any product but this company definitely deserve 5 star The quality was amazing for the trainer and the price was the best even i had a problem with the size and returned it with a wrong code they helped me alot to find a way to refund it I’m really appreciate everything they did to refund ❤️

I never write reviews but this merits one! My daughter wanted the Nike Elementary rucksack from JD sports at £30. I googled to see prices elsewhere and found it for £19.95 with free delivery from SamedayTrainers. I looked on Trust Pilot to make sure they were a reputable company and placed my order. It arrived less than 24 hours later and is exactly the same one!

Excellent price for Converse Chuck Taylors - 99p for next day delivery to boot (arrived late morning, no issues via Royal Mail). Undercutting the competition by anywhere between £15-25. So refreshing to find good value and service. Buy with confidence.

Awesome service, would definitely purchase from here again!

I always get all of my families trainers from Samedaytrainers. The quality and customer service is to a very high standard. I have never had any issues with my trainers. I highly recommend Samedaytrainers to everyone.

Bought some converse for my daughter- ink running after 1x wear. contacted the team who replaced them. hopefully no further issues.

Quick delivery, great value. Friendly, and responsiveness customer service. Can't fault them.

Ordered 2 pairs of adidas samba. They arrived the following day.
Sent a pair back that haven’t been received but they refunded me anyway!
Once I connected with the company the communication was quick and responsive. The issue was resolved in a fair and fast way in a way that looked after me as a customer. I would order from them again.

Competitive price, very quick delivery and super product. Adidas ZX750’s. Next day delivery, no fuss, just good service - done well 😀
